Randy's came up on the map, and we made our way over. It's a small gas station, but has a pump outside, which is referenced many times in other reviews as being a "lifesaver" as well as a modest inventory of snacks. We bought a few ice cream treats from the freezer and candy to add to our road trip menu and then we were on our way. The nice lady at the counter was chipper and friendly. I'm glad to have stopped, and glad to know this is here in case we find ourselves getting close to E.

Sadly, Scipio is never the town we are on December 24, but if you are in the area, I'd recommend the shopping. What's more likely is that you're here on a fuel and potty stop between two points. You'll find plenty of gas pumps, treats and clean restrooms-just what you need for your pit stop. The glass case boasted both Superman (my wife's favorite) and Spumoni (one that I rarely find outside of the Old Spaghetti Factory). I'm a sucker for ice cream and will go out of my way for it. I can't speak to the cleanliness of the restroom, since I didn't use it. But the man behind the counter was cheerful and friendly. There were a few coffee options, but the sugar dispenser is far too generous. I ended up with the sweetest coffee in the world. I prefer my sugar consumption to be in the form of ice cream, not so much in my coffee. So make note and be cautious when you go to sweeten your drink.

Appropriately named HOLLOW MOUNTAIN as it's built into the mountainside I mean this station is literally in the middle of nowhere. At first glance we pulled in to the lot & almost left. Let's highlight the greatest of moments that we have had just briefly together. Life is grand! Get out and live. The best of the area we have found. The store is highly organized and well set up . What more could one ask for. At the hours that we have been visiting . I'm just glad we are not awaking the dead. All was still and quiet and then we walked in . That loud sound and thundering noise from the car is ours. We need fresher coffee and more protein bars to keep going. We found it here . Thank you to the staff. Back to the road. Here we go.
