She told me that I would have to come back to court about it if me and my husband did not agree on my request to have visitation the entire summer. Why did I pay her if I can't address my request? I originally used Christian Conrad for family law services (divorce related). Through most of the case, he was kind, knowledgeable, skilled, and affordable. I enjoyed his honest communications too. Not always easy to get ahold of but his staff were always available ... Until 2025+ when Christian fell off the face of earth and left me hanging (heard from a reliable source he is still out there, but stopped communicating entirely). I cannot stress enough how incompetent this firm is. I sought the assistance of this firm to prepare and file my divorce papers. This divorce was uncontested with a prepared settlement agreement. What I thought was a task any lawyer would be capable of handling turned into a saga that lasted over two years. This office is only out for the money. They are grouchy people throughout the entire business, and are the worst attorney's and absolutely the worst legal assistants I have ever encountered. They basically did nothing for me and charged me 3 thousand dollars. I had to go to a new attorney and pay all over again. zero stars honestly. All they care about is the money. I first met with Mr. Conrad and he seemed like it was a good fit...boy was I wrong! He is nothing more than a billing mill. His staff were terrible about returning my calls or having to have multiple conversations regarding the same issues, and he charged me thousands of dollars for drafting two simple documents, one of which was just responding to a notice of filing.... unbelievalbe!!! He did not my best interest in mind, and his rates are extremely high on top of the negligent billing practices. Being a family law attorney, specifically divorce, has got to be a tough gig because a lot of the result relies on the courts, the judge and the mediators. Having a great attorney helps, but ultimately, if things end up in court you have to have faith in law, and the judge to hear your out. I have had a lengthy divorce, and wish I would have hired Christian from the beginning. I paid a different attorney over three thousand dollars to handle the divorce and got mediocre service at best, they did not advise me on what I should do, and I basically did the work and they filed the paperwork. I hired Christian to fix the errors that they made on my original paperwork to finalize things. Although I have not had much communication with him his assistant Morgan has been an amazing help. Not only does she listen to me rant about the frustration and anxiety that come with divorce, she is extremely efficient, organized and thorough. Although things are not finalized yet, I am very happy with the service I have received. I feel like their fees are fair, and explained well.
