I had to loan my son my only vehicle to return home down state -Consequently I had to miss a doctor's appointment because of their Negligence. The trip there and back was a waste of time. Requesting a tire change from winter back to summer was told that drop off was the only possibility, had been in force for a year and a half. They have a waiting area, however was told we could not wait in waiting room we had to drop off and could not make an appointment to wait outside or anywhere! One hundred mile round trip at $ 4.00 a gallon and unable to have any pick up or rental to drop off for the day. They want to do business on their time frame, not ours. Customer service is NOT to have to go across street to rent a car. Very rude, uncaring and not what we have to put up with at all. They got me in a couple days later, did the inspection and found that brakes and rotors needed to be replaced. They explained everything and showed pictures. Since my car was over 100k miles and never having had them replaced, I knew it was time. The work was done for a fair price and the tech even gave me a ride home to wait while the work was being done. I'd recommend them!
