I'm the unusual customer in that I came up to Wyatt Ford from metro Detroit to buy a used car model…read moreI wasn't finding around Detroit. It was worth the drive. I ended up buying two cars on that trip. The deal Tom Weber made me on both of them was too good to pass up. Both cars were bottom end cars sold AS-IS, so I didn't have high expectations. Well I was wrong. I'm surprised how delighted I am with an inexpensive 15 year old car. The other one I'm still working on, but I knew it would need extensive rear axle work when I test drove it, and they priced it accordingly. Even buying at the low end of the market I was delighted with the level of service I got from Tom and the used car sales manager. I didn't even need to go to the Secretary of State as they were able to file the paperwork for both the title and the registration on the spot. I was able to drive away with new plates, tabs and registration. Would buy again.

Very disappointed in this dealership. I have a son and grandson that work for a Lincoln dealership…read moredownstate, and two other sons that work for a Ford dealership downstate. My Lincoln started getting sluggish and felt like I was driving on a washboard until I reached about 40 mph, then it would stop. I contacted my sons, and because I recently had surgery they told me to take it to my local dealership. I explained my issues to the dealership, and that I would need a loaner. I also explained about my boys that worked at other dealerships. My loaner was a dirty Escape, that had a chip in the driver side window, radio didn't work, and the USB port had water in it, so I couldn't charge my phone. I took a picture of my mileage when I dropped it off, and ran it through the car wash. Because I use my Lincoln app, and have a AirTag in my car, I knew my car had been driven 30 miles the day I dropped it off, and had not moved in four days. Without any updates, I went and picked it up. The service department told me that it had been driven twice daily and were unable to feel the sluggish my car was doing. They did however suggest I buy new tires. I ended up taking it downstate to where my boys work, the mechanic drove it and instantly felt what I had explained to them. It was my torque converter that needed to be replaced. They gave me a Lincoln loaner. I will continue to drive the four hours one way not to go back to Wyatt and will tell the same to my friends. My sons were embarrassed and upset that I had to make the extra drive to get my problem resolved.

Absolutely the worst vehicle experience in 55 years of driving 30-40,000 miles per year…read more 2020 Ram with 80,000 miles, despite exceeding manufacturer recommended maintenance schedules, head gaskets failed, cylinders scored. Dealership recommended replacing bad engine with new engine because it was covered by a reliable extended warranty. After engine was torn apart warranty company refused to cover engine replacement (over $10,000). Serra gave me one option, pay $10,000 for a new unreliable V6 engine. No breaks from Serra leadership, mechanics or salesman. Who wants to pay $10,000 for a broken truck that originally cost over $50,000? I begged for a break (like one third to half cost or buy back vehicle), no break. Worst customer service after the sale of any business in 55 years (yes, I was a business owner and a war veteran). Serra responded once with "we are sorry for your situation", a worthless response from a bad dealership. If you are thinking about purchasing from Serra, be very careful. Apparently profits are more important than people (most former Marsh employees are working elsewhere). Ask your salesman how long the mechanics have worked for Serra? Ask salesman why Stellantis now offers a five year 100,000 mile warranty instead of 50,000? Good luck.

Your service department is terrible. The one time you actually changed my oil, you said the rear differential was fine. It wasn't. Had to get fixed elsewhere. Used regular oil instead of synthetic like I always get. Sat next to an 80 year old man who kept being told another hour like I was 3 times. He could barely walk and left like I did. Literally 0 out of 5 stars. Done using your service department. Our family had bought at least 3 new cars from you. Just completely the worst. Done with Serra!
