Each step of the process was seamless. The staff is treated well, and it shows with how they treat customers. I observed them going above and beyond for myself, as well as other patients. In particular, Des is an absolute stand out. She is excellent in her role and clearly knowledgeable. With that said, each member of the staff was noticeably engaged in their job and eager to help.
