We arrived 20 minutes early but lesson learned don't bother doing that especially at that time of the day. I timed it and we were in and out in over 2 hours. This was just for a follow up contact exam too. The doctor said it's not usually that long. But be prepared in case you have somewhere to be. We were told by staff that the Misight cooper vision policy has changed from last year and apparently now they no longer accept for exchange any individual contact lenses contained in a 90-day pack if the 90-day box has been opened. Geez. Wish they mentioned that change when we ordered the contacts. Part of the selling point is that you can exchange the year supply that you buy upfront if your prescription changes. At $5 a day for these specialty lenses, that's a shame to be stuck with a bunch of lenses having a weaker prescription. 90 days is a long time with a lot of weaker lenses. It means you gotta really time the exam close to but not over the halfway mark so you don't have to open another 90 day box. Staff seemed nicer than my last location.

Three of the 6 in our home wear either contacts or lenses and I've never felt obligated to spend more than I need to; except when pressured by one of my kiddos. Appointments are timely and there are tons of choices when it comes to frames, lenses, etc. Been coming here for 10ish years and looking towards the next ten and hoping the dr. And staff can sift through the petty few and realize their importance to the community. Also, if you have an eye emergency, just know they've got you covered here as well.

My best experience so far. Dr. Stewart performed my eye exam and he was excellent! I was not rushed during the exam! I was able to clearly and confidently tell when the letters/images where clear to me during the exam. Dr. Stewart took the time to explain everything about the condition of my eyes as well as recommendations for the types of glasses I should consider based on my occupation and needs. He was very knowledgeable, calm and pleasant to interact with. I left feeling great and I will be returning for my yearly eye exams. I will also be sending my family to Glimpse Eye Care to get their exams.

I was recommended to Mann Eye Institute by a friend for lasik so I contacted them and started the process. They were very professional and efficient throughout the whole process, which is why I didn't give them 1 star. I had the lasik surgery completed and took the proper recovery precautions they recommended. At my first follow up appointment I mentioned that things were still blurry, and they said it takes a couple months for it to become "HD". So I waited for months until my second follow-up appointment to mention that I'm still having the same issues that I was before lasik. Their response was "since I didn't wear glasses before lasik that I wouldn't know the difference".... Needless to say, I'm still having the same issues as before and I'm out $3500. So just set your expectations accordingly. Again, they were professional and nice people.

Within 6 months every time I can not see out of my glasses . Whatever coating is on the glasses starts to come off in spots to the point everything is cloudy and you just can't see out of the glasses . They Jack the prices of the glasses so far up even with my insurance I paid 100's of dollars . Unfortunately with the insurance I had this was pretty mush the business in my location that was listed under the insurance . I've tried everything to clean the lenses so I can see out of them . Between the cloudy spots and thus dull film over the lens I just can't anymore. Staff has always been pleasant but the quality of their glasses is a negative. I recommend finding another place to get your glasses

When I asked for a refund, I was told they would have to clear it with the home office, and a check would be issued. I called again while I was out, again the lie was repeated, we haven't gotten the check from the home office, so I had to go to the TSO, and make a call in front of them to Mastercard explaining that i was getting the run around. Then the girl who had been lied, told me they close early. I said I;m not leaving, she finally went back to who ever owns this TSO and came back very mad and handed me my check, I sat in the parking lot and deposited it ASAP. She will tell you not only your exam results but also will explain in details what those numbers or symptoms mean, what to expect & the approximate chances of any complication.
