Steve answered the phone, was friendly, helpful, and never made me feel rushed even though it was the end of the day. What impressed me most was that my regular eye doctor actually referred me here because they didn't have what I needed in stock. From the moment I called, everyone I spoke with was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. I haven't seen the optometrist yet, but based on the customer service alone, I plan to make them my eye doctor going forward. I chose the cheapest frames they had as was my agreement up front not to have ANY out-of-pocket expense. I got the cheapest progressive plastic lens available. Then at checkout I was told I had to pay extra 20. for the frames because they had to have the bottom added to them even though they told me which ones to choose from. As soon as I walked in and saw the selection and saw a plethora of empty spaces on the wall I knew that we were not gonna have any luck finding anything and unfortunately we're not able to order any glasses from there. Doctor: Doctor Pham however was a pleasure and it was super nice that she was able to get us in and we had a great time talking with her very relaxed no issues. She didn't force anything at all and it was a good experience I would expect to come back. Overall this just comes down to not having a lot of selection I don't know why but it was definitely more lower and items I didn't really recognize any of the names and my insurance does pay for a little bit nicer of a frame so I did want to utilize that benefit while I had it.
