She asked how short to cut, then proceeded to cut shorter, and cut even more while painting, then filed even shorter. My long natural nails are now shorter than the shortest gel x length available. The French tip looks horrible, I'm going to just go home and remove it and paint myself. The massage was so bad I had to ask them to stop. To top it off she cut me with the file and it's stupidly painful.
