New customers have a new customer deal where it's $10-30 off original pricing depending on which set you get so make sure you ask about that if you don't see it online when booking. Aileen asked me which lash set I would want and showed me pictures of what the lashes would look like and sample pictures. When I laid down she showed me samples of the lashes and what it would look on my eye and we agreed to which style. She was so meticulous and soft with her hands on my lashes. I loved my lashes at the end and they fit my eye perfectly! Aileen was an amazing lash tech! This place is really clean and has soft music playing in the background where you can relax while getting your eyelashes done. They provide water and chocolate at the front waiting room. I would come again and prices are so affordable!

There was barely any difference from my natural lashes. What made the experience worse was having to go back and forth with management and technician speaking their native language between themselves and me practically begging for more volume. I was repeatedly told that my lashes "can't hold" volume, even though I regularly get 4D - 5D volume sets from other places and they hold perfectly fine for 2-3 weeks every time. The technician kept insisting it was impossible instead of listening to what I requested as a client. The technician was also being rude when she told me if I don't like it she will just remove the lashes and I can leave. I still thanked her several times and was extremely polite, I left her a good tip but I will never return. I wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for actual volume lashes or if you expect management to be receptive to customer concerns. RESPONSE TO THE OWNER: I want to clarify that the technician assessed my lashes BEFORE starting and even showed me a reference photo of a 4D volume set saying that WAS THE LOOK I would be getting. If my lashes truly could not support that style, that should have been communicated BEFORE the service began -- not only after I expressed disappointment with the final result. The explanation about my lashes "not being able to hold volume" directly contradicted BOTH what I was promised during the appointment and my consistent experience getting 4D-5D sets elsewhere.
