I refuse to go back here because I am traumatized. I have to buy ointment and bandages and have problems walking now in one foot. I been here a few times before and I normally get my nails done every month or so. This time I had a bad experience here. The manicure is fine, the pedicure wasn't. The young female worker asked me if I would like a callus removal. I said okay. During the process, I felt some stinging, but didn't think much. While she was doing it, she looked scared and worried. She then explained that there's some dryness or something and I said oh okay. I didn't think much of it. As she continued, she kept looking at it and said "it looks painful, like it will hurt." I got up and felt pain when I walked, I paid and left. As I was waiting for my husband to pick me up, I looked down and saw my feet bleeding. I didn't want to go back to complain at the time, so I went to the brewery next door to ask for some napkins. I continued to be in pain and I decided I should text the owner to get it resolve. She took many hours to resolve the situation. She didn't want to ask me what happen, she refunded me and seemed like she blamed it any skin conditions that I may have. She didn't acknowledge that her worker did not stop, it was many areas of my foot. There was no accountability. less than 2 hours after having my nails done with dip one was completely lifting off. I went the next day to have it fixed and he didn't find the color that he used on my finger so he tried to do a color from a bottle which was not right. Then he tried to pull up a video of my appointment that would show what he did, but you couldn't tell. I know that he did not use a color from a bottle for my nails do not go here. The guy with the bushy hair is horrible half the time he doesn't answer you when you ask him questions and it's just very sloppy. The other people are nice, but I've never had a good experience here this is my second time coming, and I will not be back. read more

I popped in last week and was seated at the manicure table in under 10 minutes. My nail technician, Michelle, was very kind. Also very strong. She offered a shoulder massage at the rate of $1 per minute. Just the basic manicure package and 3 minutes of shoulder massage alleviated a headache that had woken me up at 4:00 that morning. I'm a very satisfied customer. Then, she painted my nails. I chose a plum color that looks like a dark purple-ish brown. I have never had regular nail polish set so nicely on my nails and not chip after 4 days and counting. Excellent, meticulous skill. My mother and I have been going to this nail salon for six months or so. We are generally pleased. Mom is elderly and uses a walker and they are patient with her and accommodate her needs. The parking is super-close and convenient - right outside in front. She gets a mani-pedi every three weeks or so. Sometimes her toes are not filed evenly but they are thick and hard to work with. I get a gel fill and pedicure or polish change regularly. Alex is the operator and does good work although sometimes they do lift! He has fixed all breaks free. I have a gel nail on my right big toe, which had a mis-shapen toe nail - it looks perfect now and is allowing the real toe to grow out underneath. read more

I went in to take advantage of their Monday to Thursday deal for a manicure and pedicure, they declined to honor the deal. They charged the full $45 instead of what's listed on their Yelp page of $28.99. I agreed to the higher price and now regret it. The man doing my manicure cut my cuticles way too much, made one of my fingers on my right hand bleed. The lady doing my pedicure seemed bothered (maybe because I'm a man?) and filed my two of my toes on my right foot too short and made me bleed. The man who did my manicure took over my pedicure only for the lotion part and rubbed lotion all the way up to my thighs(???). I get pedicures frequently, I've never had anyone even reach my knees. I went into Jenny's nails yesterday 7/1/2022 to get a full acrylic set. I was a walk in and they took me rather fast, which I was very pleased with. However I left there very disappointed and almost in tears. The guy who did my nails, cut 3 of my fingers from filing way too hard. He saw all off those 3 fingers bleeding and continued to file in the same spot. I was in so much pain and my fingers still hurt this morning. I wasn't going to leave a bad review but I am pregnant, and I can get an infection. The tools he used were from the previous client and he cut my fingers open and still proceeded to use them. Hello, My daughter was just there today June 10th, 2022 (had a 9:30am appt) and was finished with her appt at 11:00am. She had a picture of what she was looking for and then when she got home and showed me what she got the detail was nothing like what was in the picture from google. It is a light pink with a thin black heart. What she got looks like a child painted the heart on the nails. She had to leave to go for a trip so she paid and left. WARNING Do Not Go Here! The only reason why I am giving even a star is because at least my toes came out ok & I can't give no stars! Let's just say if state board walked in this place would be shut down because of how bad the sanitary conditions are! Not to mention that even if you have an appointment they will do their family members first after you have arrived so you will be sitting and waiting for 30 min to an hr for your service to continue as the pause to assist them instead of a paying customer. This nail salon is unbelievably unsanitary, nail clippings everywhere, nail instruments/ tools were not properly cleaned and they were communal. So this means if someone had fungus or what not in their nails when they used the tools, you now have it on yours! The pedicure bowls were beyond disgusting after sitting for a while you start to notice more and more how gross everything was kept! The lady that did my nails nicked me several times with dirty nippers. Yes I asked several times if I can just go and pay for the services that were already performed, unfortunately because I had tip's already glued on my nails I wasn't able to just leave. When it came time to have my calluses removed they brought out a massive Dremel from Lows with a sanding bit that is strictly used for wood working! She was adamant on using it on my feet!!! and I told her absolutely not! I'm absolutely stunned that they use that on people!! Not to mention the bit on it was beyond dirty!!!! That's a great way to get your feet infected and destroyed! The pumice stone that was used on me was not new , and I had asked for a clean one because they can't be properly sanitized. I had asked for Acrylic nails, just plain nude nails no design and from the start the guy doing my nails brought out (the dip powder)! I told him no I asked for acrylic. So because He screwed up I had to sit a complete extra 2 hrs have my nails redone because he ignored me asking for acrylic! I payed sadly 150 for dirty services and crap nails that were not even done correctly! read more

Because of Covid19 I gave Jenny's an extra Star. I don't know what the staff of Jenny's has been doing since the nail/ beauty industry has been decimated by the pandemic--but deep cleaning the shop has not been on their priority list. The spa chairs were not recently wiped down and the flip up table was broken. The floors were dirty and had visible dirt/dust buildup against the walls. I looked all over and nothing was sparkly clean. The smell inside the shop was stale and off putting--lacking the deep cleaning--fresh smell that one wants to experience in a spa environment. The real kicker for my 2-star rating was listening to the lady in the next spa chair repeatedly ask the woman working on her nails to stop being so rough and that she was hurting her. I got up and fled before they could start on me. Jenny needs to swab the deck and soften up before I'll come back. read more

Lack of professionalism. The woman painted the wrong color for my gels even though I was pointing to the color for my accent nail. She painted my actual finger over the top edge and side edges multiple times. She cured the nail with it painted over the edge multiple times and only clipped of the part on the side of my nail over my skin because I asked. Unevenly painted coats, terrible filing job, and again, cured nail polish in my skin and did not remove it. Never Ever Again! This looks like I did it at home myself. I have been going to Jenny for 5 plus years on and off. Recently, I got gels on my nails. The last time I went in for color change and manicure was on Valentine's Day. There were only two nail artists in. I made an appointment on the phone with Jenny that morning for 4pm and she did not tell me she would not be there. About 5 minutes after I got there and chose my color, two ladies walked in and demanded to be seen within the hour for spa mani-pedis. My nail technician seemed rushed and very anxious, did not remove my gels properly. She ground off the color and ground my nails down. The foils were sitting next to her yet she did not choose to remove my color the proper way. She then proceeded to apply the color so far away from the sides of my nailbeds, I had to make her stop. I told her to go service the other two women as I did not have to be anywhere that evening. I would rather wait than have a subpar nail job. Then the other lady came by and started working on my nails but she did not apply as many coats as Jenny does. Needless to say my nails are very weak and I have had three broken nails within a week and 3 days after they were done which has never happened before. They also do not offer gloves for the UV light. I'm really hoping Jenny reaches out to correct these issues or I will not be back. read more

Went here for a simple mani ped as a first time walk in, I won't be back. No one spoke to me not even a hello. Window sign said mani ped $35 they charged me $50. Manicure was sloppy, with polish on my cuticles. I asked for them to please be fixed and they swiped straight across the cuticle so now the polish at the nail beds is a straight line rather than curve. Cuticles we're bleeding when I left. Pedicurist used an electric sander on my feet callus' rather than a scrub and scrapper. They feel no less rough than previously. Can't image what type of job I would have gotten if I had asked for something difficult like gets or acrylics! read more
