Walked in here to purchase a lottery ticket. We came in and we were immediately welcomed by a nice lady named Anita. She was helping another customer but made sure to acknowledge us. She had great customer service and was able to get our lottery ticket purchased handled in less than 3 mins. She was even working on getting the car wash to work again, but she handled everything well. They have everything that you need here. There are many beverages, snacks, cold refrigerated shelf items like sandwiches, and ice cream. The had prices at this location are comparable to Costco Gas; this is great. $10 to vacuum with no visible price?! Not okay. I tapped my debit card the first time, and the vacuum shut off after about 5 minutes. My mistake was not checking my account right away. I tapped again, but this time I used my phone, so the total showed on my screen and I was shocked. $20 just to vacuum my car! There was no visible price posted when tapping to pay, so I'm leaving this review to warn others. The car wash itself is totally worth it, but I would definitely skip the vacuum. read more

I always go to this gas station and never had an issue before. But tonight I only pumped about $26 worth of gas, and even a full tank for my car is usually around $50. Somehow I was charged $150 instead. I already called my bank and reported it. Please be careful and double check your transactions, especially if you're using Apple Pay or Google Pay. read more

I am writing this review to express my concern about an incident I witnessed at Conserv on Sunday 2/8 around noon , a a regular customer who frequently stops by for coffee and fuel, I was deeply disturbed by the unprofessional conduct of one of the employees. During my visit, I observed the cashier--who appeared to be a Hispanic individual in her late forties with visible arm tattoos expressing extreme aggressive body language engaging in inappropriate and offensive behavior. She was using profanity, making threats, and engaging in a verbal altercation with a customer right at the register, all while other customers, including children, were present. This incident has greatly affected my trust in the establishment, and I will no longer be returning, given the unprofessionalism and the environment it creates. read more

Clean, lower gas pricing compared to nearby gas stations. Coffee tasted good for less than $2 for a 16oz cup. I have not yet tried the car wash or fuel here. read more

The car wash at this gas station is the worst. It charged my credit card and when I waited for about 5 minutes I knew the car wash wasn't going to work as I pulled up. I went to the kiosk inside to ask for a refund since the car wash wasn't working. They wanted me to use a code and I was already pressed for time and I didn't want that service anymore. I wanted a refund. Then the employee suggested because the car wash didn't work I wasn't going to be charged. The car wash didn't print a receipt out for me. And I went inside to dispute it and they couldn't help me. Worst experience so far. The workers have no training to be working there. Better off to go somewhere else. 0/10 stars don't recommend. conserv is horrible company, and its car wash is the ansolute worst. the car wash does not clean cars. do not ever choose "touchless". the car wash goes through the motions but does not clean cars. touchless is worthless. the very young staff overseeing the gas station are extremely untrained, no common sense, rude, not qualified education-wise. no management or people-skills. comserv is detached, hands-off company that goes to great lengths to segregate from customers and remove all means to report complaints against its service and staff. conserv is only about greed. greed over customers. can't find any contact info on conserv. that says it all. i will no longer do business with conserv in cota vera community. read more

I live at the bottom of the hill from this conserve gas station on La Media . It is in Fairly New Station open this year and the gas prices are always cheaper here for regular gas which is appreciated and it's close to my house and open 24 hours . It has a self-service drive through car wash prices are eight, 10, and $12 I usually do the $8 wash and it's pretty good it does the trick cleans my car they have vacuums you can use bring your own towels to dry your car off since I'm always in a rush I get gas go through the wash and since I'm driving right away it blows off any water droplets still remaining on my car you cannot beat this place for convenience the staff are very nice and helpful this gas station gets 100 stars and I'm appreciative that the gas station is practically at my doorstep for convenience read more

Put a phone in the car wash section that customers were able to call every time the car wash is broken.

When filing up on a credit card it puts a 150 pre authorization but will only put 50. what is going on here. This Is not the first time this has happened. I pay with AMEX that means it will go through. girl at counter has no clue what's going on that says it wasn't her but the system wont put any more than 50. Terrible business read more

Don't waste your money. The car wash is $12 for the most value wash but when I exited the car wash ONLY the top half of my car was washed. The vacuum took $10 from my debit and cut off after 4 minutes. Mediocre service at best! read more
