Sunday night I went to go wash my car, and left home right after. The next morning I noticed there was a scratch on the front bumper, and I went back in to talk to the manager. I asked if there was any way they can check the surveillance camaras to check if the car had gotten scratched during the Carwash. They said they would check and would give me a call as soon as they checked the camaras. I didnt receive a call back so I decided to go in again. Then a woman, Ms Elizabeth helped me with my problem and she was very helpful, she told me to call the next morning at 10 so I did, and the manager answered but he said they had checked and there was nothing they can do. I decided not to make a big deal but I feel like in these businesses they should hire professional people that will actually help and listen to their customers concerns instead of ignoring them and not giving them a solution. read more

I avoid this place before 9pm cuz it is a crazy mess of a zoo of vehicles and people otherwise. After 9pm, it can still be a freak show of sorts, like the homeless musicians who like to jam at the picnic tables. SMPD patrols like to chill in this lot sometimes, which makes me feel safer as I am always alone. Total shout out to the graveyard shift cashier Oscar, he is wasting his talent at a convienent store. He is always upbeat and personable, and always waits to turn on the gas pump for me when I run in and pay and use the restroom before I go pump my gas. With the miles I commute to work and the gas I use, the last thing I need is for someone to come swipe my gas I've paid for because I've been in my car 35 minutes and have another 25 before I get home and nature calls. read more

I stood in line waiting to get rung up(I was ignored for 5 minutes) then another young man went to the second register and helped someone else, when I asked why I wasn't helped first he shrugged his shoulders and said he "didn't know" read more

Excellent gas station, store, and car wash. It's a little dangerous because people are approaching the pumps from all angles. And then people get impatient and start to rush and then they box you in. If they did some traffic control and forced people to enter in only one direction, this place would be a lot safer. read more

The car wash on at Conserv Fuel on 910 E. Betteravia Rd. in Santa Maria ripped off my side mirror. The manager would not take any responsibility for it; if you love your car, do not use this car wash! I would give minus stars if I could. read more

Horrible customer service, asked them to help me check the air pressure in my tires because it was my first time ever doing so. The guy who helped me started to yell at me saying I should be doing it and that he had better things to do. He couldn't even show me how to put air or anything. read more

BEWARE!!! IF YOU SELECT A LOW OCTANE (lowest price) GAS AT PUMP HERE, YOU MIGHT GET THE HIGHEST OCTANE (highest price) AND NOT BE AWARE THAT WHAT YOU SELECTED MAY NOT BE WHAT IS PUMPED! Today I went to conserv to get gas using ATM and clearly selected the low octane, as I'm pumping gas I notice the highest octane button is lit and that's what is pumping. I immediately stop pumping, get receipt and take into cashier,and complain. One of the employees said "Yea same thing happened to a lady yesterday". Manager comes out , I try and explain, she holds a hand to me rudely, asks for receipt, and gives me $3 cash. Did she know this was happening? We're the pumps reprogrammed? Did someone change the selection on me from office? An investigative reporter should check this place out to see if people are ILLEGALLY getting ripped off on purpose to generate more sales. PS . Went to AM/PM for less expensive gas, never again at this place! read more
