Had a cut in my wire and had them splice in 30ft of sprinkler wire. I was told it's expensive wire as they charged $6.5 a ft. Internet price is $1.05 per ft. They ended up charging $420 with less than a hour of labor to replace 30ft of wire (splicing it in). Last time dealing with a company that gets their ft. to your door with a low start up cost but gouges on any additional work. I also asked for a price to install a WiFi controller (I had purchased from Amazon) since they were already here. The quote was $295 to hang it on the wall wired up and extra to program. I said no thanks and installed it (never installed one before) in ten minutes and then fully programmed it on my phone in under 10 minutes. It's not about the $$$$ it's about the lack of ethics /transparency.

They seemed hell bent on replacing the valves in my sprinkler system, with each one being costly. They didn't actually diagnose the problem, but simply told me that replacing valves would fix. Three replaced valves and problem wasn't fixed. They were also eager upsell and charge me ~$200 for a 15 min labor and $50 part to optimize the flow of water through one region. Overall I felt the service was not good quality, rested on upselling services at ridiculous prices, and questionably transparency.
