The charges after service were slightly higher than quote although I had clarified prior to booking. I called the office to clarify the discrepancy. I spoke with the owner, Tom (I believe that was the name). He was extremely professional and honored the original quote despite the miscommunication and their rates for the 22 zones we have. We did have a problem with a leaky valve after a couple of years and later when the city replaced a fire hydrant . Dave's team QUICKLY diagnosed the 2 seperate issues and fixed it right. The valve was covered by rainbird and the city rembused us for Dave's repair. Not Daves fault but he was on it both times and tested the entire system to make sure it all worked before he left. Since then we have had no issues over the past 5 years except normal maintence. I would recommend Northern Illinois Irrigation to anyone looking to get a true expert on your side.
