My woodburning furnace flue was a bit complicated and an absolute mess (worst of the year, according to Scott). He went over the associated problems and possible solutions, with an emphasis on safety issues. The fireplace will be getting an insert, and Scott made recommendations for a few fixes that I could do myself. Fair, square, practical, and informative; it is good fortune to find such a person, and he's the one I'll call in the future. I'd say he's the one you should call as well. My highest recommendation.

I'm going to have to call a different company to come and fix my stove. I absolutely recommend using someone other than service monkey if you want your job that right.
