My woodburning furnace flue was a bit complicated and an absolute mess (worst of the year, according to Scott). He went over the associated problems and possible solutions, with an emphasis on safety issues. The fireplace will be getting an insert, and Scott made recommendations for a few fixes that I could do myself. The wood must be burning cleaner, and they showed me some features I had no idea existed - there is a catalytic converter in the fireplace when I shut the doors. I couldn't get the blower fan working the next day, and Martin came back out and took a look, but it just needed more heat to flip the switch. I'd use these guys again in a heart beat.
