When the parts arrived, he came back to install them. They did not fix the stove. They charged us 2 service calls as well as the cost of the parts. My blower still does not work. Now the remote control to my parlor stove does not work. We discussed this with the service agent three separate times. They made no effort to rectify the situation. I'm going to have to call a different company to come and fix my stove. I absolutely recommend using someone other than service monkey if you want your job that right.
