I have found some neat items at Consignment Crush for reasonable prices! The people who work there are very helpful!

**UPDATED & EDITED** Regarding your recent "response from the owner"... after considering your request to remove my review, I felt that the review I had previously left did not accurately portray the level of disgust I have for you and your "business", and that additional information needed to be shared with the general public so other innocent customers can become aware of how Consignment Crush operates. I find it absurd that you are now trying to point the finger at your landlord and/or ARK Construction. Let's be honest guys... the reason everyone had to wear coats inside over the winter was because you couldn't afford to pay your bills to keep the heating on. Even if what you claim did in fact happen, it is in NO way relevant to the problems we had, and does NOT justify, explain, or resolve anything. Additional comments: The owners, Randy and Terry, are the most UNPROFESSIONAL, DISHONEST, UNETHICAL, irreputable and greedy people I have ever dealt with. My mother hired Consignment Crush to manage her estate sale beginning in February 2025. After approximately 10 months of attempting to obtain information, responses, and payment owed, I sent a formal demand letter requesting immediate payment. When I received no response, I went to the store in person to address the matter directly. Randy acknowledged that the 15-day payment term had not been honored. He also admitted they do not maintain computerized systems, accounting records, or inventory tracking of items sold, including pricing or timelines. My family's lifetime of belongings was sold at 80% off - AKA "garage sale" prices. Previous review: It is absolutely impossible to get paid your money from them. After months of follow up we did finally receive one check, but yet again have been trying for months to get the second payment. We were told in mid-October that a check would be sent the following week (for over $3K+) but have not heard anything since. Extremely frustrated and honestly just absurd at this point. read more

I'm pretty sure these people are real scammers. And they are so nice all the while. I consigned 600 - 700 items there, for some reason they don't document jewelry you consign. At one point in the almost 2 year relationship there was evidence they were not dealing fairly and when asked about one of my sales they were clearly dishonest. I let it go. Then in March 2026, after 5 or 6 requests via text, email and in person, when I finally got the full pdf inventory record of all of my items dropped off, sold/amounts, "broken", picked up - there was a new category = "Converted". I asked on a phone call with the owners what that meant. It means they now own your item. One of the owners said "Sorry, I forgot to tell you." I noticed in March an expensive item of mine was missing from the shop. Turned out they sold it in November through an outside source. When I told them I'd found out about that sale they handed me $100 cash and for the first time, for some reason, I didn't have to sign for having received payment. Another suspicious thing - 40 and 60 year old items of mine somehow became "broken" in the shop (so says the report) after being fine for decades. Odd experience recently - there was an estate sale in my neighborhood and I stopped in. I noticed most things were wayyyyy overpriced. Talking to a lady running the sale she ended up telling me the estate sale company was called "Crush Estates". Same people as Consignment Crush. I'm pretty sure the reason for everything being way overpriced is that those unsold items will be "Converted". Very nice people to deal with until you find out otherwise. read more

We took our parents estate items to them in January. We've bugged them since then to give us an update on sales. We found out yesterday they've filed for Bankruptcy. :( read more

They got one star because it was not possible to give them zero stars. Horrible experience with these people. Took our furniture, did not deliver a proper accounting of what was sold and for how much. Made, and broke, multiple promises to pay. Stay far away from this dishonest group. read more

This company conduted an estate sale at our home in mid Feb. 2026. We were advised that we would receive our share of the proceeds in about one month.I have been unable to reach the company owner and Randy and Chuck, the 2 men that scheduled the sale. I have emailed their business office 4 times re this issue and have received no response. I received one voice messge last week from Chuck who said someone would contact me the week of April 20, and no one has. He also thanked me for my patience. I was referred to this company by a man who runs the same type of business. I told him I have not received any info re the sale, nor any monies for the sale. He advised that was not ok. He said we should have received our proceeds from the sale long ago. read more

Just like others I've seen here, we had Consignment crush help with our estate sale six months ago. We can't get phone calls returned. We can't get emails returned. About a month ago. I got a hold of someone who promised to send a check. Of course it hasn't arrived. I don't know what our next step should be... calling a lawyer? read more

I've been looking for an armoire for quite some time and finally found one that was the right size for my bedroom at Consignment Crush. The salesperson was very helpful with my purchase and agreed to hold it until I could arrange for a truck to pick it up. The next time I am in need of some furniture, I think I'll start looking here first. read more

Nothing, zero, nada a word from the company after they did our estate sale. Needless to say we have not seen a penny from the sale and since it has been over 2 1/2 months I don't expect to. I don't know what the store is like but as far as the estate sale experience they really left us hanging. I'm not sure why a company would do that to people especially when you consider why they are needed at that time. We were stuck w/ a house filled w/ what they didn't sell and since they never replied to us we ended up throwing a lot away. This was my in-laws house so my wife was already on edge and I thought I was helping her get through this but we got the exact opposite. Great selection and wonderful, friendly staff. I have bought several fabulous items for prices I thought were very fair. They also do estate sales and have a big warehouse farther south on Custer that is great fun to go through. If you are wanting to go antiquing, that is the place to go. read more

My friend and I popped in here one night and she ended up with some beautiful paintings and I got two nice Thomasville side tables. Everything was reasonably priced for the quality. I wanted to like this store based on reviews. The people working were not friendly. Most everything is overpriced. Is it home consignment or a jewelry store? Hideous plethora of generic turquoise jewelry. A few nice items mixed in with things you'd find at Goodwill for a lot less. Looks like "buyout" art you'd find at a hotel event space art sale. Not impressed and disappointed and confused by the hyped up reviews. read more

My daughter is moving into her first apartment and we went to the Crush looking for fun things she could use to decorate with. We spent over 1 1/2 hours searching thru the entire shop. The staff understood what we were doing and left us alone to "rummage" thru stuff. We finally ended up with a lovely mirror for her living room wall, a small side table and some fun things for her kitchen. After she gets settled into her new apartment she wants to come back and see what else she might need. read more

I called to ask about the availability of an item in late November 2024. Someone took my details and said that they would pass them to Randy in the warehouse. 2 weeks passed with no response, so I called again. The same person took my information (again) and swore up and down that Randy would get back to me. No response. I called again a week later and I was told that they had been busy, but that Randy would get back to me ASAP. No response. I placed an online order for the item in late December 2024, thinking that might get the ball rolling. A week later I hadn't heard anything, so I emailed. No reply. I followed up a week later with a phone call. I was told to leave a voicemail at a different number for the, apparently mythical, Randy. No reply. Eventually I called and spoke with the owner of the store who didn't seem particularly bothered by this, in fact not one word of apology was forthcoming. She also said that they couldn't refund the credit card charge for whatever reason, but that they would mail a check. Zero confidence in this business, so I ended up disputing the charge with my card issuer. Abysmal customer service, and an owner who couldn't possibly care less about it. Stay away. read more
