I told him I was in a rush and was just there on my lunch. He didn't give a shit. He went over and played twitch a tv. Now there was a lady worker with 2 people just sitting there talking and laughing. Meanwhile instead of helping getting the line down the manager went into the back room. Now I have 8 people ahead of me. There was 1 other worker and he got up and went in the back room. Now we have 1 worker the lady still talking and laughing with no people getting helped. One guy was there to pay his bill but no one was there to help him so he said fuck this and walked out. Final after a 45 minute wait the one guy comes back and calls me over. I told him I needed replacement controllers. He said no problem and handed me 3 controllers. I told him these aren't the right ones. He told me that is all we have. So after a 50 minute wait I y told kim to keep the wrong ones. Oh, and the lady worker is still there bullshitting and laughing with 10 people waiting to be taken care of. The store is a joke. If the equipment wasn't so shitty it wouldn't break down so often. People were bitching and you would think that the manager would have helped or told the lady worker to take care of some but we wouldn't have want to disturb her conversation. All I can say is Fuck them.

Yesterday it was my equipment. So what's the truth. Plus I have the worst resection for the cell. I pay about $300.00 a month for this great service. I recently got rid of the internet and cable and switched to fios and that was the best thing I've ever done. I deceived to keep the phone service because it is a reasonable price for unlimited data. I went in today to upgrade my phone and it was the biggest waste of 2 hours of my life. They told me I didn't qualify to finance the phone but couldn't give me a reason why. I have almost a 800 credit score and I've never missed a bill in my life. How is that possible? We asked the manager to please check again because something wasn't right and he said cant do anything even he doesn't qualify for the phone financing. I literally took my ID back and went straight to Verizon down the street and switched services. It is a little more expensive but IMO worth every penny. I never want to deal with Spectrum again. Absolute scumbags.

Roger did an excellent job with a Starlink internet installation in Outer Cape Cod. Previously, the…read moreonly Internet option available was DSL. It would have cost $70,000 per mile to expand fiberoptic cable to the home. Other local satellite companies said it wouldn't be possible to have the necessary line-of-sight to their satellites. Starlink was our last hope. The job was complicated by the fact that we were coordinating the logistics from 500 miles away. The location of the install was challenging - a fairly remote, sparsely populated location with significant tree canopy. Roger helped the whole way through - from guiding us to purchase the proper equipment from Starlink, speaking with an arborist to help us with tree cover issues, and explaining his approach as he performed the work. He used a 5 ft. tripod and an additional 10 ft. pole to mount the Starlink dish on the roof. That gave it enough clearance from the tree canopy to pull in a strong signal. Internet speeds were as fast as 260 Mbps down and 30 Mbps up. This compared to 4 Mbps down and 1 Mbps up with DSL previously. Needless to say, we're quite pleased with this result. Roger is clearly an expert at his craft. He's been in business for 46 years. He also has a great work ethic. He spent a significant amount of time on the roof in 95-degree heat. He didn't stop until the job was done. The cable run into the home was efficient, and he cleaned up impeccably after his work. And he's a nice guy to boot. Worth every penny!
