They were quick to respond a fix a portion that needed a little more care. They inspected one year later and called several times to make sure there were no issues. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Klaus Roofing was extremely disappointing. They failed to complete the roof repair as outlined in my contract, and the improper repair resulted in a roof leak just a few months later. Rather than taking responsibility, they blamed my attic insulation, even though the issue was clearly related to their workmanship. They also damaged my shingles and siding while attempting a temporary fix without my permission. Communication was beyond poor, and scheduling repairs to address the roof and siding damage was frustrating. I never received a sincere apology or any real accountability. In the end, I reached the point where I refused to have this company back on my property. That was my decision, and it will cost me more in the long run, but I no longer had confidence in their work or customer service. I would give zero stars if I could.
