Kind of a tight squeeze on the way in off of Louise, but you can just park directly in front of the building. Easy peasy. Needed to get a 3x6 banner printed and it was a snap. Emailed over my vector art and they shot me a quote with a mock of the banner. The banner was done within a few days and I picked it up at the shop with no problems. Taylor even showed me around the shop and their entire setup. Really cool dudes working in the shop. There's even a skatepark in the back! Talk about killer lunch breaks. They did an incredible job. Printed on nicely stitched vinyl with even more grommets than my previous banner had. Super pumped. The price was very reasonable, too. With the service, location, product and timeliness, this place is my go-to for screen printing in Crown Town.

For about $50 your ticket included entry, brunch, and a free t-shirt of your choice. The DJ was spinning some good ole hip hop with tributes to rhe late Great Notorious B.I.G. But i had the complete opposite experience of previous customers. I wanted to get a couple shirts printed. I ordered them through the website. ...Some time went by so I reached out to get an ETA because i never got confirmation or anything even though i paid online & it was downhill from there. I was told "we're working on your order now". This was a lie...reminder this is only 2 shirts. I waited a few days... I reached out again & was promised my order would be completed plus I'd get an extra shirt if i gave them a few more days. I agreed. Another lie... I reached out again...was told to come by the shop to pick the shirts up because they were about to close. I'm in my car & i get a message that the 2 shirts were not ready & that I'd have to wait until the next week to get them. 2 DTG shirts. Not a large order just 2... I realized this wasn't going to end so i asked for a refund. They agreed. Long story short, i never got the shirts & it's been over a month & i still have not gotten my money back. I was greeted immediately, with eye contact and enthusiasm. The gentleman answered all my questions about renting equipment, what equipment would be bet for my project, tips for the best shot with what I was renting, and how to get a discount (by renting for 2 days, you get 20% off!). I was worried about how expensive it would be to rent equipment and wanted to rent for as little time as possible to save cost. He even helped me through the process of renting, which is done online, and he took me through each step and helped me choose the best type of equipment for my project. I never felt like I was being rushed out, I had his undivided attention, and he never pushed me to buy or rent anything. Also, every employee was wearing a face mask (over their noses, too!) which was a welcome sight. Keep up the great work, Biggs! I'll be back!

Mine was a smaller job, but for that reason they could've pushed it off for the higher paying prints and they didn't.
