Emailed over my vector art and they shot me a quote with a mock of the banner. The banner was done within a few days and I picked it up at the shop with no problems. Taylor even showed me around the shop and their entire setup. Really cool dudes working in the shop. There's even a skatepark in the back! Talk about killer lunch breaks. They did an incredible job. Printed on nicely stitched vinyl with even more grommets than my previous banner had. Super pumped. The price was very reasonable, too. But i had the complete opposite experience of previous customers. I wanted to get a couple shirts printed. I ordered them through the website. ...Some time went by so I reached out to get an ETA because i never got confirmation or anything even though i paid online & it was downhill from there. I was told "we're working on your order now". This was a lie...reminder this is only 2 shirts. I waited a few days... I reached out again & was promised my order would be completed plus I'd get an extra shirt if i gave them a few more days. I agreed. Another lie... I reached out again...was told to come by the shop to pick the shirts up because they were about to close. I'm in my car & i get a message that the 2 shirts were not ready & that I'd have to wait until the next week to get them. 2 DTG shirts. Not a large order just 2...
