I'm pretty much a Neanderthal when it comes to computers and any accessories related to the functioning of technical equipment. If something goes wrong with my laptop, printer or some other gadget that we can't live without today, I'm loathe to take it somewhere to get it fixed. Places like Best Buy or other repair shops are worse than car mechanics when it comes to price gouging, let alone actually fixing the issue. Chris actually explains to me what is wrong with my laptop or printer or whatever and how he is going to fix it. Even if I'm too dense understand, he won't take that for granted. Once, my laptop's screen went completely blank, I couldn't afford to buy a new one at the time. He got the replacement part & got it working again for about $50. Another time, I was too simple to get my wireless printer to print. Okay, I had never been able to get it to print without connecting the cable directly to my computer. I called Chris and he was able to solve the problem remotely, that night. If I ever have another issue, I would definitely use Miltronics again.

To my surprise, after he checked out the situation two other trucks showed up, a pump truck and smoother towing a little excavator. Everybody got to work and fixed the problem. With the people working for a couple hours, three trucks, an excavator and several other tools used I was thinking this was going to cost a couple thousand dollars. When I got the invoice the next day I was blown away that it was well under a thousand dollars. I was so pleased with the service and value. Everybody was super nice, helpful and knowledgeable. I have already recommended them to two friends and will continue recommending them to everybody. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!
