This company was contracted by my roofing contractor for disposal of debris resulting our roof…read morereplacement. Two dumpsters were brought in and placed on our asphalt drive, one positioned such that the wheels were supported by blocks of wood and also setting on a concrete apron the second was set up slightly further than the first, not setting on the concrete and setting on small pieces of thin plywood. As a result of this, the weight of the dumpster which sat there from Thursday to the following Monday caused deep divots in the drive. My roofing contractor was notified who in turn notified Ez Rolloff and after their inspection felt they had no responsibility since there had been "wood" placed under the wheels so therefore, it wasn't there fault. Just be careful with this company if they have such careless attitude of others property and won't accept wrongdoing of their practices. I did ask the owner of another company that rents rolloffs and explained the situation and his response was- "Of course he would take care of something that one of his drivers had responsibility for. It is obvious that the problem stemmed from improper placement of the rolloff and inadequate support for the weight of the wheels on asphalt paving." Buyer beware is all I can say!
