I started working with Joe who is incredibly knowledgeable with his work of physical therapy. Not only is he the best, but his assistants are incredible too. Kellie and Brooke are super helpful with ensuring your corrective exercises are done with proper form. Michelle at the front desk is so sweet. She cares about getting to know the patients names and is so friendly every time I come in. The equipment here is top notch. It is clear a lot of thought went into how they designed the office and studio. My favorite parts of my experience with physical therapy is the use of their gravity treadmill (it's so cool!), the electric stimulation and the laser therapy. Joe has used his expertise to have me back and running again and doing great at my races. I listen to his advice to keep my knee healthy with my upcoming marathon. Overall, this is the best place for physical therapy I've ever been. The equipment is updated, it is so clean, the staff is super, and I'm feeling strong again. I highly recommend coming here and I would recommend to ask for Joe as your physical therapist!

She immediately gave me the names of the social workers at GSH that would delay the release for 12 hours & at same time contacted a caregiver to be at my mothers home when the ambulance dropped her off. Never could get healthy until it was recommended I come and meet with Chris and his team. They were awesome. My son was back in a few month pain free and stronger then ever. My daughter also some sports related issues as well, again, she came back stronger the ever. They are amazing. The focus to detail when rehabbing is fantastic. They are constantly progressing as the injury heals. I had a knee replacement 6 months ago and I'm back to almost 100% better than I was before the operation. I have full range and my leg is stronger than it's been in years. Feels better than the "good" knee and I'm back to playing golf. Can't say enough good things about them. They completely understand and implement the physiology and biomechanics associated with getting back to better than before. Plus it is a fun place to go work out and get better. Not sure what the other people are talking about. Don't waste your time going anywhere else.

The nurse was available 24 hours a day and was good at explaining the answers to my questions. It was a very tough, sad and emotional time and the aides were calm and supportive. We had hospice care for 8 weeks and my husband died peacefully with all his family there. It was a gift. Afterwards I went to the Bereavement group and found solace there. I recommend them highly.

once my dad's hospice referral was placed we waited approx 1-1.5 weeks to speak to the case…read moremanager. So we were behind on getting my dad set up with equipment at home (i.e. specialized bed, walker, commode, etc). We didn't know we had to choose a hospice company, we were under the impression that we would be continuing hospice under the care of our oncologist's network. So researching the participating companies took added time. once we chose Northwell we heard there were no HHA available. Also, that we wouldn't have a nurse available until about 1 week after starting. Supposedly, the nurse had been sick and there was no one else available. We overall were disappointed with the experience. If my family were not healthcare workers my dad would have suffered more than he already did. We had to ask for oxygen when that should've been automatically a part of the basic at home equipment for someone that is dying. That is not life-sustaining treatment/therapy. Also, when my dad was no long swallowing meds whole, we practically had to beg for his comfort meds to be changed to liquid. They told us that they could be crushed and liquified. They also kept pushing that his med could have been dissolved in his mouth. How about you be actively dying, in severe pain, not taking in any food or liquids by mouth and then try dissolving pills in a dry mouth smh. The liquid medications should've been offered from the beginning to eliminate all that struggle. We were not supported by Northwell at all. It's like once they knew the family all works in healthcare it's like they left us to take care of ourselves. I'm sorry, but I would not recommend them again!
