I have been working with these guys for over 30 years. Nobody offers plans as high quality as they do or as easy to read. Construction Designs intentionally makes the plans readable for contractors and utilizes sizes and techniques we actually use. This makes it much easier and more cost effective for me to build from their plans and I can pass that savings to my customers. These guys use robots and 3-d software that makes the entire process about 3X times faster than anybody else I work with for blueprints.
