She scheduled an appointment for me to meet with them to get a quote for replacement windows. That appointment didn't go anywhere. The "marketing director" was disappointed that my wife and I weren't both available at the same time (even though she mentioned this to them when making the appointment) so he only offered to walk around outside and count the windows to give us a "ballpark" idea. He explained that he needed both homeowners so that we would be ready to sign when his presentation was over. He clarified that we were being given a quote to be a "marketing home" with a significant discount and those are "first come, first serve." I responded that he was our 3rd of 4 quotes, and I wasn't going to sign or proceed until I'd received all quotes, and that my whole objective of scheduling the appointment was to get the windows measured and have a formal quote. That didn't interest him, and he declined and left without any quote or estimate. Now looking over the marketing material they left with my wife, I don't know that they even sell windows to non-"marketing homes." If you look at the picture, it says "because our marketing director will need to answer all questions at one time." It all felt very high pressure and I'm disappointed I moved my schedule around to give this company an hour of my time.
