Makes working virtually very convenient. When you have guests meeting you there at the office, they have an awesome and professional reception staff that will greet your clients. They will even ring the office you're in to let you know your guest has arrived. It really provides your clients with the illusion that you have an office space there on site. Once I start doing more business in Sacramento, I'll definitely start looking into picking up one of their virtual office plans which includes phone service with a live receptionist, use of their business address and even conference room hours! They also have virtual office plans as simple as just a business address. I really don't understand why some folks use a PO Box as their business address, when they can have a prestigious business address at a really affordable cost! Not only do they offer virtual office plans, but they also rent out office space here! They do it all! I have met a lot of different professionals here who rent an office space on site. Most of them used to work from home offices and have said their experience here has been so much better than working from home. Victim Location 92882 Type of a scam Government Agency…read moreImposter I received a yellow official looking envelope that resembles tax documents with a form 501-LLC (January 2022) to my business address addressed to my business name stating that I need to mail a check for $243 to Corporate Processing Service 836 57th St, Suite 490, Sacramento, CA 95819-3327. It states that I need to respond no later than March 15, 2022 and "Statutory filing provisions are found in California Corporations Code Section 17060, unless otherwise indicated. Failure to file the Statement of Information by the DUE DATE will result in the assessment of a $250.00 penalty which will be assessed by the California Franchise Tax Board, Corporations Section 1765(b) and 17653; Revenue and Taxaction Code Section 19141." As you can see, the document sounds very official and has the same formatting as a tax document when you see it. It has areas where it states that it is not a government agency but the bolded sections of the document all point to penalties, due dates, due amount, and other items. There is an item at the bottom of the front page that states "this is not a bill. This is a solicitation." However, I am afraid that others will be fooled by this and I already know people that have just started businesses that have been fooled by these scams. The document looks very misleading because of all the busy fine print one would customarily find on tax forms and government notices. The back of the document even has instructions that look just like tax forms. I knew this was not a government letter only because my business manager had already advised me that my statement of information for 2022 was already filed earlier this year. They received…read moreall our mail for years without issue, then they suddenly started returning mail - including a donation check! - that wasn't addressed to the one name exactly as on the contract. To continue receiving all our mail, Regus wanted to increase our monthly charges by 300%. I told them three months before the end of our contract that we could not renew under those conditions. That's how our original House Rules said we were to cancel the contract, by telling center staff. However, Regus had uploaded new House Rules to our account with NO notification or indication that they were new, so we were expected to know that we could only cancel online. They expect us to pay for mail service that won't even receive all of our mail. Fortunately, we were able to stop the credit card charges, but Regus has sent us to their collections department. I have been fighting with them for six months. We are using another vendor in town and are much happier. Beware of Regus.
