There are few other places that I call home, but Capsity is one of them. Yes, the space is nice, but it's the people there that make it feel that way. I've been a part of the community, off and on, since 2011. It was then that I met the founder, Jeff Louie, and we ended up starting a business together. That's kind of how it is here. Regular, entrepreneurial-minded people come and share their ideas. Other people listen, find that their dreams are similar, and before they know it, they've started a business together. It may sound crazy but it's true. I've seen it happen time and time again. It's called a coworking but it's more than that, it's a community of entrepreneurs that care. Verdict: if you're an entrepreneur and are interested in being surrounded by like-minded people that will support you in bringing your dream to life, stop in and check it out. The main space is nice and large and easily accomodated the large group I was part of. It is well marked and visible from the street. The only thing I would improve is to add a parking lot. There was only street parking available and it was all 2 hour parking. I was lucky and did not get a ticket but several other pople echoed my concerns that were in the class. The meeting I was there for "The Work of leaders" workshop and book signing was very informative and the presenter was entertaining. Kudos again to Workforce Equanimity for bringing this even to Sacramento. read more

This is as good as it gets when it comes to communal workspaces. Jeff, the co-owner, is an all around nice guy with a lot of passion for the business, and it shows. He's done something in a similar vein to the Urban Hive and Hackerlab: created a convenient place where business folks can get affordable office space with shared facilities and a lot of moral support and a sense of community from their like-minded neighbors. While perusing the place (most if not all of the spaces are already taken, but they do host presentations and events), I was impressed by how clean, modern and at the same time warm the facility is. It's a place you want to hang out and get work done. I may someday rent space for myself here. Until then, I'll be glad to spread the word! read more

I am a huge fan of this place. I was invited here for a game night and brought some of my friends. My friends met Jeff the owner and gave them a tour of the place. He told us about what he is trying to accomplish with the place and offered us coffee or tea from their kitchen. This place definitely makes you feel comfortable and I just enjoyed being there, the decor was inviting and everyone was so nice and welcoming. Plus parking is easy since there is plenty of street parking and it wasnt crowded at all which is great for someone who cant parallel park =x. read more

My husband and I entered T-Mobile Store 817D at 7600 Greenhaven Drive 11/10/2017 to replace my Samsung 4 with my husband's Samsung J7 - he no longer used it. Jameze Hai and Marcelles Cain attended me to transfer the information from my Samsung 4 to my husband's J7. My husband had forgotten the entry code of the J7. Unfettered Jameze Hai and his assistant Marcelles Cain engaged us in nonaccusory conversation. Now settled and relaxed from guilt of forgetting, my husband remember the code and the switch was made. What professional pair! Clearly they understand a warm welcome, patience and appropriate diversions applied during a stressful situation are key to helping someone. This place is amazing. It's an inviting space humming with energy. The staff/owners are professionals who care about the entire entrepreneur - not just their bottom line. I recently hosted an after-hours mixer for 80 people, and it was a rousing success! The Capsity team lined up delicious pizza and salads from next door Buffalo Pizza and Ice Cream Co - which were a major hit. It's also full of amenities like a full kitchen, vintage video games and private storage. I'll definitely be back! Bonus points for hosting an adult coloring book event each month! :) read more

I've known the founder, Jeff, for at least 5 years now and have always known him to be the entrepreneur that he was and is to this very day. The quality and hospitality of Capsity is a 1 for 1 reflection of his passion for the search to create value for others. I enjoyed the tour provided by both Jeff and Ricardo. I am a self-employed consultant in Milpitas working out of my own home and was considering a formal office location. I used my visit to Capsity as an initial benchmark to gauge the type and quality of services. I was very pleased to see Ricardo sitting behind the reception, answering phones and fetching coffee for guests and patrons. I can see that these two partners are not afraid to get their hands dirty and will do whatever it takes to maintain this professional setting. In addition to hosting offices, I was also treated to a series of networking events in Sacramento. I attended day 1 of Global Entrepreneurship Week and enjoyed it immensely. Jeff and Ricardo have more plans than just keeping office space, but building a community for knowledge sharing among local entrepreneurs. Used the office as a walk in and per hour basis. Different compared with your normal office. Co-working is great way for those who work out of their homes to have a place to go. Even if it's just for a meeting. Many of those that rent or walk in are of the small business mind set. So you get to meet and share ideas with like-minded people. Such a great and homey space for fun events, or work/office related ones, or even just a relaxed place to get work done. It has all the amenities you could need, clean bathrooms, couches, cubicles, desk space, conference room, a kitchen! You name it. Ever since my first time here I've always felt welcomed and comfortable, and I've been back a bunch of times since then. The place is always full of friendly, hardworking people with innovative ideas, just a great crowd to be around. This is a great environment, there are long-term tenants on the 2nd floor and several other people that pop in and out whenever a desk is needed. Needing to find an office in Sacramento, I tried out Ricardo and Jeff's offices for a week. They were both friendly and professional, willing to help me out with anything I needed. The "home" office has a feeling of camaraderie, and it's great to meet the variety of people using the space. It's too pricey for me to rent an office with four walls there right now ($475/mo), so I think the place is really best suited for people who just need an office or meeting room every so often. But I'm rooting Jeff and Ricardo on in their intentions to open up more office space with the same vibe that's affordable for freelancers to use full-time. read more

I work locally in the midtown area and I enjoy coming by Capsity Offices to have meetings because it makes you feel like home without shorting your professional appearance. The energy is contagious and would invigorate any tired professional who may walk in through their doors. I also like their options for what you may need, not what you think you may need.
