When I lived in NY I would have year check ups and always everything was reviewed to my complete satisfaction. Even now living out of states I am always well informed and offered and do have telephone reviews and mailed reports that keep me well informed and updated. I barely ever have a need to call. Excellent service beyond my expectations! My advisor is Shawn MvLaughlin. He is very professional and 5 stars to the entire staff for excellent service. Fees seemed poor when compared to Silvergrove Very poor…read moreexplanation of services when I compared them They act like they are pro teacher yet be aware if you are a Christian or Catholic School They promote a "cult" like setting and that is the bias for the $$ they promise / raise (look on line) They did not call back or respond to our questions in person I hate to say it they scared me - seemed anxious and not thrilled as they got drilled - my $$$ i'll drill you Also, rolled their eyes due to religion when I explained cancer in the house and funding being allocated could be due to their own religious convictions but they should NOT eye roll ever We finally sought others we did and we are thrilled They other grouop was more private and down to Earth and understood US!!!!
