When they do call, they ask for your name without verifying their identity. Additionally, when you set a time limit for when they can call, they say they have an hour to contact the customer. I can't always be available to answer the phone at any given moment. They are incredibly rude and interrupt you when you try to speak. I am not satisfied with this company. Then, they call my partner, and he informed them that they call on different numbers when they do. This is my second time dealing with a car loan. In March 2025 I purchased a new 2025 Kia Sorento hybrid and that was it. I put $30,000 down on the car and financed the $15,000 balance. I've never even heard of these yoyo's till I get a letter from them in the mail stating they were denying me credit on May 22, 2025. Over two months after I purchased the car. Their denial letter to me states that my credit score is 857 which is about right since I've always had outstanding credit. My gripe with these sorry asses is that I have called them six different times in the last two weeks to inquire why they denied me credit with a credit score of 857. I'm really ticked because all six calls I placed with them I left my name and phone number requesting that they please call me back since a human being never answers the phone. The reason why I bought this car is because I was in an accident in May 2024 and my current car was total so of course you need to get a new vehicle to get around so I was looking for a car. Each call begins with CPS intro telling you that youre calling a debt collector which is very unprofessional for a financial lender. Ive never been introduced with such a negative welcome by any finance companies in over 30 yeara of doing business with banks and other lenders. So after asking about a restructuring of my payment to get a lower rate, I was told by a female 4 months into the deal to call back after 6 months and they may restructure my payment to lower it. My car got towed due to natural disasters this year in May. Didn't even have my car for a month, never missed a payment. On one of my payments I was 4-5 days behind due to me having a busy work life, plus I am a full-time college student and worker. I was told that I have 15 days before or after to pay my car note still which I had an agreement to pay a certain amount because I have to try to get another car and it's hard paying for 2 cars at once. I was given this loan from the dealership because my other payoff was not yet recorded and I wanted a low car payment knowing I would refinance as soon as possible which I did after 4 months. I have been in a loan with this company for a year. six months in I received a notification that I had missed a payment. I was very confused because my account has been set up on auto pay and have never had an issue previously, and there were no financial constraints that would have caused a missed payment. The representative on the phone said they were willing to work with me and that they would investigate to figure it out but one month later I was still getting overly harassed by daily calls on the "missing payment." to prevent from having any late payments reported to my credit and the headaches of calls from continuing, I made the payment and believed that they would open an investigation to determine what happened. After four months, I hadn't heard anything back and couldn't get on the same page with any representative as your representative changes every single month. I ended up looking through my bank statements and not only sending them a statement with the payment and my receipt for payment for them to continuously say that they have not received information from me and that the payment made was from the month previous, although I have the same receipt to furnish for the previous month. I have been charged a total of $1,062 in late fees and I can't get anyone with a single brain cell to assist me. read more

I haven't even had this loan for 90 days yet and I'm doing my best to refinance. 5 days before my first payment was due I had 20 contacts either through text messages or calls (which all say "spam risk" for good reason). I was so disgusted I called to complain and they told me deal with it or refinance. One customer service agent told me "that's just the way it is these days, you won't find anyone that isn't like us". Basically just deal with it? Nope! I went to pay my first payment and unless I wanted to go pay cash at one of the payment locations (none in good areas of town), I would have to pay a $15 fee to pay online or over the phone. Terrible company. They calculate interest based on the day since your last payment. So if you pay early you have to keep paying early or they will charge you interest from the date of your payment, not the days of the month. I am a month ahead and had something come up.
