    What a cheap company! And over such a small matter that could have easily been handled…read more I bought my car in Glendale, a dealership that is now closed. They sent me my second key in the mail, neglecting to tell me I needed to have it programmed. About a year later when I needed it, I discovered it didn't work. The nearest dealership told me it would cost $230 to program it, so I reached out to Glendale, only to learn they had closed. I then reached out to Hyundai headquarters, who took 2 days to tell me: "After reviewing the matter, I would like to clarify that the issue of the unprogrammed key falls under sales-related concerns. Unfortunately, our department specifically handles warranty repairs, rental reimbursement, and parts expedition, and i will not be able to resolve matters related to vehicle sales related issues." It probably cost more for the person to look into it and to deny my request than to simply have someone program my key. Guess my next car will not be a huyndai, it has not been a good experience overall. Just don't ask for a second key. How cheap.

    This is my second car with Hyundai. I generally pay extra to my principal and was told I had to…read morecall in to do so whack I did, but noticed early in this year that the payments were being applied to my next payment. I called and was escalated to an office that explained that wasn't supposed to happen because I called in but the system should automatically put the extra to principal. He said he adjusted the payments and moving forward I did not have to call in anymore for that issue. For about the first 2 or so months I checked in and my monthly payment remained the same even with the extra I paid.. At one point I was pay 400 dollars extra per month....Then looking today I noticed that for the past few months I was paying a lowers monthly payment when I paid extra (AGAIN) . I again called and was escalated to someone who said ... well the extra payments do go to your principal and it lowers your next monthly bill. NO. That's not how that works. My agreed monthly bill is my agreed monthly bill. Any extra payment made should have 0 effect on my set monthly bill, as this was done after escalation but reverted after they think I won't notice . This is ongoing and I believe it's deceptive practice in my opinion to keep me in debt longer than I want to be.

    In my opinion as a dealer I would Stay far away from Lendward. They make big promises, guarantee…read moresales results, and even claim you'll get a 100% refund if they don't deliver. Well, I used their services back in December 2023 -- and guess what? They didn't deliver, and I'm still fighting to get my money back almost two years later. I first asked for my refund on March 7, 2024, followed up on July 26, 2024, and finally got an email from Frank Herman, their VP, on August 20, 2024 saying: "Working on it Mitch sir. I'll be in contact this week sir. Just need the owner here." That was the last time I ever heard anything useful. I followed up again on June 11, 2025, and still nothing. This company does NOT stand by their guarantees. They dodge, delay, and ignore you until you give up. Lendward took our money, never delivered results, and refuses to honor their refund policy. Absolute scam behavior.

I set up an appointment thinking all was set but walked in only to be told Lendward is a 3rd party referral source and knows nothing about the Vision business. Called Johnny back after visiting dealership, got a manager by name of Gabe who was supposed to look into situation and never got back to me either way. Poor communication, lack of transparency, and just overall poor customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
