WORST COMPANY EVER - DO NOT USE…read more We booked transportation for nine people following our daughter's wedding and were assured by Cindy that we would be picked up at our requested time of midnight. Three days before the wedding, my wife sent a text to confirm the reservation and received no response. I then called Cindy the day before the wedding and also received no response. When midnight arrived, no driver showed up. I called the number provided and spoke with a man who stated, "I am in Milwaukee, you are out of luck," and then hung up on me. This was one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I have ever had. Not only was our reservation not honored, but there was also no communication and no effort made to assist us when we were stranded. I would strongly caution anyone considering this company's services. If this is how they treat one customer, it could easily happen to others. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

It was a significant investment, but it was worth it from the moment we arrived at the Atlantis Resort. The kids and I knew right away we were in for an unforgettable vacation. The kids loved everything about the resort the food, our room, the atmosphere, the water slides, the pools, and all there was to explore. Their favorite spot was Dolphin Cay. We spent nearly every day there, whether playing with dolphins, swimming with them, or snorkeling through the Ruins of Atlantis. They especially enjoyed their time with the sea lions. This was something new for them, and the sea lions were incredibly interactive. We also got to enjoy both Canada Day and July 4th fireworks, which made the trip even more special. Another highlight for our family was completing Blackbeard's Escape Room together. We asked the Tuscan hostess to call a cab while we were paying for our check. When we came out, a 15 passenger van was waiting for us! The nice lady came out to open the door for us. One star deducted because it appears to be a $5 pp flat rate, which is slightly expensive considering it was only 0.5 miles.
