I had boxed color on my hair when I went to Lourdes so the color didn't come out with bleaching... she applied bleach and left me there for about 35 mins... after washing and realizing the color didn't come out she applied bleach again!!! Dissappeared for a while....I have no idea if she left the shop or was having lunch or what.. but having the bleach on for so long (twice) she FRIED MY HAIR COMPLETELY!... after washing a second time my hair was falling out by the handfuls!!! The only thing to note is to make sure they use heat protectant when they do your hair because I don't believe they did for me, but still turned out stunning.
