Wow- I was extremely impressed with this place. No one likes going to the gynecologist but I think they made this a tolerable experience and really took time to understand my needs. When I first came in, I was impressed with the state of the art check in system that was an iPad I was able to scan my documents with. The building is brand new so everything is clean and sleek. The lobby had hand sanitizers everywhere and clean chairs to sit on. I was called back by Amanda and she went through questions and took my vitals. I have come to this location twice and twice she was amazingly sweet to me upon me telling her I was nervous for the exam and then my procedure for the second visit. She calmly explained everything that would happen to me and that helped ease my nerves. Both times Dr Dascha came in relatively soon after un dressing, sometimes we have to wait a while to see the doctor but they are very prompt here. She was very sweet and I'll never forget the first time I saw her, she asked me a question I was never asked before. She asked me "Do you feel safe, in your house and around the people you interact with" ( or something along those lines) just giving people a safe space to tell their problems to if they are in danger or in an abusive situation. Wow. That was heart warming. This practice even has the ability to show you on a tv what they are examining inside. Weird? Yes a little but 1000% have never seen that before and was. Nice touch to people who are curious. Overall- oh my goodness please come here. If you have women's needs, this is the place to go. Promise you'll feel safe and cared for every step of the way

Before scheduling the appointment, I was told that my insurance would be accepted and that my copay would be $25. However, when I arrived, I was informed that they do not take my insurance after all. This was extremely frustrating, especially since I had confirmed the coverage beforehand. When my mother tried to explain as shes the insurance policyholder and share what the insurance company had told her, Prisella, the office manager, stated that she did not need to take her call and was unwilling to discuss the situation. Her response felt dismissive and unprofessional. Most upsetting of all, this situation caused unnecessary stress on my me, since i am expecting. A little understanding and professionalism could have gone a long way. I hope the office improves its communication and customer service so other families do not experience the same frustration.

I do not recommend this office if you value basic kindness and professionalism from staff. While…read morethe doctor is excellent, the office staff make this practice very difficult to deal with. On multiple occasions, I've been met with rudeness when calling the office, including a staff member raising her voice at me for simply asking a question. More recently, a prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy location despite me confirming the correct one at checkout. It was sent via mail to another state, which caused insurance issues and required me to spend significant time resolving the mistake. When I called the office to explain, there was no accountability or apology, and I was made to feel as though it was my fault. Dr. Haan has been a pleasure to work with, but the ongoing lack of professionalism and basic kindness from the front office staff outweighs the positives. I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, but the treatment I've experienced has been unacceptable and consistently stressful.

They are completely incompetent, unreliable and negligent. 1. Shaming for taking a medication I take regularly that after consulting with a high risk OB, poses no harm for the baby. Ok. No harm done thankfully. I can forgive a little lack of knowledge. 2. Completely UNRESPONSIVE for nausea med requests after OTC wouldn't work. Had to go to a teledoc to get meds prescribed. 3. Lost my genetic testing ... TWICE. First time, they don't even have the decency to tell me why. So of course, I'm worried. I waited two hours at an 8AM appointment for a simple lab draw after I worked a 14 hour night shift. The MA's barely know how to draw and properly label blood. So, I message to ask about results the second time. They message me to come in and pick them up. I go to my next appointment on 03/11 for them to tell me the lab rejected my tests on 02/27. Why did they tell me it was ready? What if I had a huge gender reveal?! Most importantly, I am a 35 year old woman. It is important for me to know about genetic abnormalities. I am almost 17 weeks and I still don't know!! Ridiculous. 4. So, prior to that visit. I end up in the ER weeks later. My nausea meds stopped working. Dehydrated. Elevated liver enzymes from the vomiting. My lab work will tell you, I'm not exaggerating my symptoms. I get prescribed a new nausea medication. The ER doctor even called the Provider because she was worried. I follow-up the next day. Provider is AWARE I am taking this. They tell me a week later they can't refill it because they did not prescribe it. WHAT? I am literally still vomitting when I try to stretch the times I take the med. I messaged and called practically yelling from the frustration. They finally "prescribe it" after so much grief. I show up at the pharmacy for it to the WRONG MEDICATION. Guess who has already thrown up twice before noon today and been ghosted twice more? Me. I am DONE. 5. Even my follow-up lab work that still show elevated liver enzymes and now low hemoglobin, I have to follow-up with the lab myself. Ask if I need another redraw. Once again. No reply. For someone to potentially end up in an ER again because a clinic can't get organized enough to prescribe a simple medication is MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE. I have NEVER lost my patience or complained the way I have in this clinic. Or felt the need to even write complaints, but I am done! I deeply regret not changing months ago! At this point, I am compromising my health. I will not be returning. Do not establish your care in this clinic! Go somewhere else.

Absolutely will NOT visit him again. I was anxious to get some help and find some answers, and was completely blown off. 90% of the staff I met was no joy, either... the only reason I gave two stars was because Renoso's nurse was a JOY. I saw Dr. Juan Reinoso and I declined a pelvic exam at my visit and requested a female provider. Instead of respecting my decision, I was met with dismissive behavior, frequent interruptions, and a refusal to allow me to fully explain my concerns. Shortly after exercising my right to decline the exam, I was discharged from the practice. This felt retaliatory and deeply unsettling, especially as a pregnant patient seeking routine care. I did not feel respected, heard, or supported, and the interaction left me feeling gaslit rather than cared for. Patients should never be punished for asserting consent or advocating for themselves. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this provider to anyone who values respectful, patient-centered, or trauma-informed care.
