I have had such an incredible experience coming to Contemporary Women's Care, truly can't recommend them enough! I have been here in regard to what feels like all things obstetrics and gynecology- from the depths of figuring out infertility to recently having our first baby! The providers and staff are so friendly, supportive and caring! Something that I really like about this practice is that is it an all women practice, from the staff and techs to the doctors, everyone is a woman who cares about women's health! The facility itself is clean and gives off a trendy spa like atmosphere. I primarily saw Dr.Hassan, and absolutely love her! She always made sure I felt heard, presented me options and was always willing to spend the extra few minutes with me to make sure I understood everything and every question was answered. Dr.Hassan is always so friendly and supportive, truly making conversations at appointments feel like you are catching up with a friend over lunch which I loved! All of the other doctors here were just as amazing and I always feel well respected and cared for. I really appreciate their on call phone line for evening and weekend support. When I was pregnant I did use it once and Dr.Gabriel happen to be on call, she was so helpful and supportive. I had called in the middle of the night regarding a concern and even though I didn't have an appointment with her, the next time I was in the office she made sure to stop by to check in on me before I left. Truly going above and beyond! The office staff is so lovely, and made coming to my appointments while pregnant so much more enjoyable! I was always greeted with a smile and a warm conversation. Towards the end of my pregnancy I was in the office multiple times a week for monitoring and the staff and techs truly made the experience so much more enjoyable to the point where I was looking forward to every appointment! I have had such a pleasant experience coming to this office and always recommend other women to come here when they are looking for a new obgyn! read more

I didn't see the doctor but the front desk staff was not the most friendliest which made me cancel my appointment. The office doesn't not respond to any phone calls or respond to voice mails. I had to go in person to make an new patient appointment, when I asked them why the calls weren't going through, the lady simply responded with an "awww, I am sorry". I made the appointment and received no confirmation email or text for reminder, I luckily was able to cancel it a day before with another in person visit since none of my calls went through again. Such a waste of time and gas!! When I went to the office to cancel my appointment, I saw the front desk person talking to another patient on call, to which I asked her if I had the right number because none of my calls were going through for days, she simply responded with a straight face " I am sure we have the correct number on website ". So yeah maybe I just do not know how to dial number or just love wasting my gas money to have to come in person to cancel my appointment. Never recommending this office to anyone. read more

I've been going to Contemporary Women's care since I moved to the area, and have always had a super positive experience! Dr. Snook is incredible, and the best OBGYN I have ever had. I go here currently for my yearly pap, and I am always in and out super quick! The front office staff are always very welcoming and making checking in super easier. I'm sharing this review in hopes of encouraging greater attention to detail at this practice. I recently visited for a follow-up on my long history with fibroids, which is clearly documented in my chart. My experience with Dr. Evans was disappointing. She came in and immediately shared "good news" about a dramatic decrease in size based on an ultrasound from the week prior. This conflicted with a CT scan from only a month earlier, yet she didn't seem aware the tests were just weeks apart. When I questioned the discrepancy, she brushed it off by saying the ultrasound offered clearer imaging instead of reviewing my history. She hadn't looked at my prior results and had to leave the room to check when I asked about the size from the previous year. Only after I pushed did she discover the issue was a typo in the report. What was presented as good news was simply an avoidable error. Patients deserve accurate, thoughtful care, and I hope this leads to improvement. read more

Be very careful with this place. I went in for a routine annual checkup and only requested a Pap smear. Without my consent or request, the office ordered two additional tests that I did not ask for or need. The lab order was sent to Quest with three separate tests: my Pap smear and two extra tests that were never discussed with me. I never signed anything authorizing these additional exams. I have now received a bill of almost $300, and my insurance is not covering those tests. When I contacted the office, I was told the additional tests were "included" with the Pap smear. This makes no sense--if they were included, my insurance would have covered them. The same doctor had already told me I was healthy, had no cysts, and there was no medical reason explained to me for ordering additional tests that I did not request or consent to. I clearly stated that I had no knowledge of these extra tests and asked why they were ordered at all. The only explanation given was that they were "included," without any prior discussion or authorization. Dr. Gabriel has been my doctor, which makes this situation even more disappointing. It felt like my concerns were not taken seriously. Her assistant was extremely rude and stated that there was nothing they could do, even though the office was the one that placed the lab order without my consent. I am an international student and do not work, and this unexpected charge is a serious financial burden for me. I strongly advise anyone going here to ask exactly which tests are being ordered, as patients are not clearly informed and may end up with unexpected charges for tests they did not consent to. Wow- I was extremely impressed with this place. No one likes going to the gynecologist but I think they made this a tolerable experience and really took time to understand my needs. When I first came in, I was impressed with the state of the art check in system that was an iPad I was able to scan my documents with. The building is brand new so everything is clean and sleek. The lobby had hand sanitizers everywhere and clean chairs to sit on. I was called back by Amanda and she went through questions and took my vitals. I have come to this location twice and twice she was amazingly sweet to me upon me telling her I was nervous for the exam and then my procedure for the second visit. She calmly explained everything that would happen to me and that helped ease my nerves. Both times Dr Dascha came in relatively soon after un dressing, sometimes we have to wait a while to see the doctor but they are very prompt here. She was very sweet and I'll never forget the first time I saw her, she asked me a question I was never asked before. She asked me "Do you feel safe, in your house and around the people you interact with" ( or something along those lines) just giving people a safe space to tell their problems to if they are in danger or in an abusive situation. Wow. That was heart warming. This practice even has the ability to show you on a tv what they are examining inside. Weird? Yes a little but 1000% have never seen that before and was. Nice touch to people who are curious. Overall- oh my goodness please come here. If you have women's needs, this is the place to go. I came here for my very first pregnancy. I was excited to show up to each appointment and learn more about my baby. However, every time I arrived, nobody in the office smiled or greeted me and when they did speak, it was in a rude tone and always about money. I never felt like a person in that office. Something as simple as a "how are you?" Was never offered to me. Even over the phone when I would ask simple questions about my bill, I was given an attitude as if I didn't deserve to know why I was paying what I was paying. This clinic would not allow me to do any payment plans or split payments and when I needed to reschedule my appointment (2 weeks in advance) due to lack of funds ($3200 delivery fee), they told me I was not allowed to change my appointment because it was "important" and that my options were to pay and show up or discharge myself as a patient. Which of course again, made me feel like a number and not a person. So I had to be discharged in the middle of my pregnancy. read more

I went with my sister for her first sonogram, and she felt so comfortable and happy to have found this office, especially since we moved to Orlando a year ago. Dr. Dacha is a great doctor and I have no complaints about her and she has great bedside manner. But the business office staff is extremely unprofessional and fails to meet their motto of patient care. The way this office agrees to deliver babies is paying upfront the delivery fee throughout prenatal care in payment installments. I had an appt on 11/30 and I asked to be placed in a private room to speak privately to a business manager regarding my final installment for my March 2023 delivery as there were other patients in the lobby and I didn't want to share my business with other patients around. The business manager told me no, there is no room to speak privately. And she proceeded to share my business in front of the other patients and front office staff. On Nov 15 I paid the the second installment of $800 and I told them I'm having some issues right now if I can have an extension till my 12/28 apt to pay my final installment. I was told no that it is Office policy to have payments received or I won't be given my prenatal medical care. They pulled out the contract in front of the office and told me per the contract I am to pay $800 on my 24 week gestation. I told the staff my last apt was 11/15 at 22 weeks based on availability they had and that is past the 2nd contract date of the 20 wk gestation. I explained I should be able to have an extension based on the office initially deviating from the contract at the 20 week gestation mark. I explained it had only been 2 weeks since my Second $800 installment and I need more then 2 weeks time for the final $800 to please give me till my 12/28 apt. I explained I am not even due till March 2023 and it is unreasonable to not give me an extension. This was all in front of other patients and I asked again to speak in a private room that it is unprofessional to speak about this in front of other patients. I was told again by the business manager in Moss Park that they don't have a room to speak to me. She said I either have to leave and reschedule my appointment or pay a minimum of $400 now and $400 on 12/28. I explained I could not do that but I can pay the $800 on 12/28. The business manager told me no that they will not be seeing me until I make my payment. I explained again how am I being withheld treatment for a March 2023 delivery and all I am asking for is an extension until 12/28 to make my final payment for delivery. I was embarrassed by their business manager in front of other patients when I asked to speak privately and then I was asked to leave and told I was not going to be given my prenatal care because I asked for an extension til 12/28 to make my final $800 installment for a delivery that is not until March 2023. It was extremely unprofessional and unprofessional by the office staff. I have paid all my appointments on time and never had an issue but this one time I am asking for an extension I was told no and to leave in front of other patients in the lobby even though I had asked to speak privately. I was extremely embarrassed by the office staff in front of other patients and was told I was not going to be seen because of office policy and I needed to leave and reschedule until I could pay My final delivery installment for a delivery in March 2023. Alright here I go... long review but worth the read ladies.... I have been searching for a gynecologist who was professional and understanding. If you want the complete opposite go to Dr. Crespo-Nieves. Initially the visit started off well with a friendly front desk staff and very clean environment. However when the Dr. asked me what birth control I was on I told her none and she then laughed and said "so prayers?" I was a little taken back with the response but just brushed it off. She asked me if I wanted to have kids I said not at the moment and then told me that I should get on birth control because with everything happening concerning Roe V Wade it would be difficult for me to get an abortion. I wouldn't get an abortion for one... And being that everyone has difference of opinion I felt it was unprofessional to suggest I'd get an abortion, especially after saying I was using prayers as a birth control. Kind of ironic. IT GETS WORSE. She's doing my breast examination and her phone begins ringing. SHE ANSWERS THE PHONE ON HER APPLE WATCH! A voice comes from the watch obviously on speaker with the person on the other line going "HEYY GIRL!! What are you doing?" Miss Aledyandra Nieves then responds "hey girl! nothing what's up". Guess she forgot to mention she was in a room with a patient and in the middle of a breast examination but okay. Talk about making a patient feel uncomfortable. I'm baffled at this point, I tell her "if you need to step out please do so" she goes outside and continues her non emergency conversation, I could hear her entire conversation from inside my room. About 5 minutes later she comes back in and tells me it was an emergency phone call. I didn't even bother letting her know I heard the whole call which was a casual phone call with what seemed to be a friend... not an emergency. No urine sample was taken I had to ask to do one (thankfully I did bc it was needed) ... IM NOT DONE... I got 4 missed calls back to back about a week later from the office I step out from my job to answer the 4 back to back missed calls to a lady from the office saying she needed my pharmacy. I give it to her and she said that they were sending over a prescription. I asked what is was for because I was not notified of anything? She says "we're sending antibiotics" I asked for what once again. She tells me my culture came back positive I asked her for what.... Again.... Then she tells me I have a UTI... were they just expecting to send antibiotics and not inform me what it was for? Good thing I asked them to leave a urine sample. Every office I've been to it's the first thing they do kind of odd this place didn't. Anyway this place is awful never again. I changed my doctor and went back for a check up a month later at another office because I had concerns I felt I couldn't bring Up to Dr. Nieves due to her unprofessionalism. If you like good communication with your doctor I wouldn't recommend lol going to look for someone else. My experience with Dr. Dacha was great but I ran into some issues. Iam curr Pregnant with twins and in the begging of my pregnancy I suffered from hypermesis gravidarum severely, to the point where I would frequently lose control of my bowel movements, constant nausea and vomiting. In my first trimister I lost 20 pounds, and I ended up seeing Dacha for assistance based off the reviews and her being in network with my insurance. During the height of my HG, I asked for a medical leave from my job because it was almost impossible to with this condition. I ask for 3 weeks off until I was able to find the proper combination of medication that would work for my condition. Once asked I was immediately denied, I was shocked because I had asked a medical professional for assistance for anything and expected assistance while dealing with this.The explanation I was given is that paperwork must be completed after the baby was born, but I could not keep suffering with this illness. As I was going to the hospital every weak to get fluids from vomiting constantly. Due to my twin pregnancy I was suffering from this due to the extra hormones in my body. I wish I could minimize the effects that this illness brought to me, but it affected my mental health severely and felt discouraged sharing how I really felt but I felt like the doctor did not care. I eventually transition to a different provider, but ran into an issue with getting another document signed for medical withdrawal for my spring classses. Since she was my treating physician during this period, I asked if Dacha could filled them and I was quickly met with another no. Even though the paperwork as for it. My suggestion is if you have a high risk pregnancy or suffering with hypermesis gravidarum and you want to feel understood by a doctor to understand where you're coming from. This is not the doctor for you. **** Ohh I forgot to add my blood test that I did to find out the gender. I was told that I was having boys but the test only ran for one baby and when I asked Dacha if was correct. She stated that it was because the test was meant to pick up two, and the explanation she gave didn't make any sense only to go to a different provider to be told something completely different the conflicted with what doctor dacha said. The test was incorrect with its gender reveal which is no fault to dacha which i understand, but the explanation given afterwards was completely made it. read more

I became a patient of Dr. Pamela Snook a few years ago, after a bad experience at another Lake Nona GYN. Over the past few years, she helped me monitor a growing ovarian cyst. She was never pushy about surgery, but took a balanced approach and respected my personal choices along the way. When the cyst finally grew to 6 cm and she brought up the idea of finally considering surgery, I was ready, and it was my decision. Sure enough, the surgery was absolutely necessary; she removed the large endometrioma that had landed me in the ER multiple times with debilitating pain. I appreciated her attitude: she waltzed into the pre-op room saying "This is going to be fun!" She was confident going in, and took such good care of me. She's very skilled in her work. While the recovery was harder than I had expected (2 weeks instead of 2 days), the results have been fantastic. Where there once was excruciating monthly pain, is now painless. God has gifted Dr. Snook with great surgical skill, and I'm grateful He brought me to her practice to receive the care I needed to stay on my feet and be healthy and active for my family. I also was impressed with the UCF Lake Nona Medical Center, where she did the surgery, and would not hesitate to use that facility again. read more

In a follow up my a previous review, I am now fighting a $350 CANCELLATION fee from Contemp Women's Care after leaving 6 messages to the surgery department and the front desk (which you also leave a message because they use an overseas answering service) with a return phone call on day 8, the day before my surgery! All this after leaving 4 messages with the surgery department and waiting THREE weeks just to get my surgery on the schedule! I was told, "we have other patients". I am so sad that women whom actually take the time to worry about their own health (rather than everyone else) must deal with this lack of significance. Once I finally received a call back from the FRONT DESK, I lost confidence in the doctor and the staff to perform any further procedures on me as the insurance claims/billing department clearly had more important things to do. Now they are charging me a cancellation fee after I had to chase them down for weeks?? My mother was diagnosed at 54 with ovarian cancer and we deserve to have doctors that LISTEN and respond when their staff is ignoring messages. I requested my reports and I was charged $1/page for mostly blank pages, of course they do not release the actual images (which I paid for with insurance). I took my printed records to another Lake Nona obgyn doctor and they have to now re-do all my ultrasounds because the report provided by Contemp Women's care was "vague" and inconclusive. Here we go, another $1000 and now 4 months since the diagnosis. I despise leaving reviews and I have tried to speak with the office manager Kendall and front desk staff with nothing but disdain. My doctor here is great, however, good luck getting in touch with anybody unless you go into the office in person. Their automated system asks you to leave a message and "expect a call back within 24 hours." I have called and left multiple messages, the first one was over a month ago, and I still have not received any reply. I am now going to have to go to another doctor simply because the staff in charge of calling people back are incompetent. read more

They have great doctors and clinical staff. However their front desk personnel definitely need more training on how to interact with patients as they are rude and try to overcharge for visits. Also they use an outsourced billing company which is frankly quite incompetent and don't know what they are doing. First I had a $40.00 credit on my account from an overpayment back in 2016. My $40.00 was refunded in March 2023, 7 years later! Apparently it takes their billing department 7 years to reconcile a patient's account. Pretty ridiculous! They should have paid interest with the $40.00 for holding that for 7 years. Secondly back to their front desk personnel, in February 2023 one rude front desk person told me that I had to pay their office a $50.00 co-pay for a visit with a nurse not with any of the physicians. I told her that this office never charged me before for any past nurse visits and my insurance never changed. I asked her to look at my past visit history and to call their billing manager. After waiting several minutes in their lobby the rep. told me that she can't reach anyone in billing and she can see I was never charged a co-pay in the past. However she said if I want to be seen at that time I have to pay $50.00 and if my insurance pays their office, then they will refund me. This is also with the $40.00 credit that was previously on my account that they had not yet refunded. Thinking back I should have walked out of that office and just scheduled a visit with my PCP office instead, but I did pay the $50 prior to the front desk rep. allowing me to see the nurse. A couple of weeks later I pulled the EOB from my medical insurance and saw this office also billed my insurance $50.00 for the visit and my insurance paid on the claim in March 2023. They were double dipping with the billing, they got the total charge from me the patient and billed my insurance the $50.00 and my insurance paid the allowable rate according to the in-network agreement. My insurance told me that I should not have been charged a co-pay for that visit. After several conversations over several months with their billing department promising that they will refund me my $50 but never doing so I then ended up reporting this office to the Florida Department of Health and the Better Business Bureau for double dipping. In July 2023 I finally decided to send an email to the Practice Administrator at practiceadmin@cwcmed.com and also one of their Practice Managers because the Administrator was out of the office at the time I sent the email. The Practice Manager responded and told me they mailed me a refund check on 6/01/23, and it currently is 6 weeks later. I stated back to the Practice Manager that I never received the refund. I also questioned if a check was ever issued on 6/01/23 in the first place because I have received correspondence from this practice before in the mail, so I find it odd that if a refund was issued on 6/01/23 why I never received it The Practice Manager she said she will reissue the payment this was on 7/13/23. In the end took this office 5 months to refund me my $50.00 co-pay that they never should have charged me in the first place. This was because I had to constantly send them messages asking about my refund, otherwise I am sure that I would have received it 7 years from now when they decided to get around to reconciling patient accounts. Like I first wrote their doctors and clinical staff are great! However, their front office staff is rude and is just trying to get money out of patients, and their outsourced billing department is pretty worthless and basically lie to patients. I decided to discontinue being a patient at Contemporary Women's Care. I now go to another GYN office for any future visits as I don't trust the business personnel or the billing department at Contemporary Women's Care. read more

I started with this office almost 5 years ago. I was pregnant with my first and had moved from Tampa and I needed a new OB- which by the way is a difficult process as no one wants to take on a new pregnant patient in the third trimester without obtaining all your records, blood sample, finger prints, retina scan- ok slight exaggeration. This office made it easy. All three doctors are excellent and kind, take time to answer questions. I went into labor around on a Friday early and after 19 hours ended up with a C section (for failure to progress). Dr warren spent her late Friday evening with me and I am thankful. I could hear her assist (a doctor who did Not work for CWC) saying "you'll never get him out that hole, never." I hope he made a bet I couldn't hear cause Dr Warren deserved the win. All these people complaining about rude staff, about complex messaging and phone systems (which I admit in general are ANNOYING)- I ask you what you are planning to do this Friday evening? Giving a review of one or two stars despite receiving excellent care from the doctor? I for sure would get zero stars for wrecking your Friday night. These reviews are the lifeblood of doctor offices and keeping patients away from intelligent, caring and capable providers because of spite and possibly not wanting to take time out of your busy day to call during designated office hours. I love everything about this office and the Doctors there! I started going to CWC when I was pregnant a few years back after doing a ton of research of local ob-gyn's. I ended up needing an emergency C-section and Dr. Koss did an amazing job under pressure and I'm incredibly grateful that her skill saved my baby. My favorite thing about my visits to CWC is how personable and gentle the doctors are. They really take their time with you during your appointment and they are very friendly. This office came recommended to me because I'm moving across the country in two weeks and need to transfer prenatal care to Orlando. They won't even see me because I'm 28 weeks pregnant and the front desk had zero empathy. I cannot control how far along I am or when my husbands job got transferred. All I want is quality obstetrics care in the middle of an already stressful move. Apparently their doctors just don't care about anyone past 24 weeks pregnant so I can go pound sand. I would never recommend this practice to anyone. The providers are great, no complaints there. But the staff and the billing department is just not worth the headache for new parents. First of all, their office is impossible to reach/get a hold of. Second, they sent bills with no clear explanation and then when we tried getting in touch with billing to talk about it, nobody ever answered the phone. Someone named Rachel from billing was supposed to be in charge of the billing but she has not answered any of our calls and has not returned any of our voicemails. My insurance tried getting in touch with them as well and they have been dodging all communications. It's been 6 months since they have been doing this. This is so unprofessional. It's like a scam! And based on some of the reviews it seems like they have a habit of taking advantage of people. I hope somebody from the practice/organization sees this message. read more

Very nice facility. The nurses on staff are very friendly. I was seen by Dr. Sarah Evans and she's very friendly. She doesn't rush you, answers your questions, and she is sympathetic. I only give this doctor's office a 4/5 because of the waiting room. It's quite cramped and there's not a lot of seating. That's my only complaint. I don't know why I keep forgetting to write a review of this place, but it was one of the best decisions I made during my pregnancy. (Winter Park location) Dr. Koss was my OB from 8 weeks through delivery and her bedside manner was always very pleasant. She addressed my worries as they came up, she made sure I was comfortable before proceeding, and she always greeted me with the warmest smile. During delivery she had such a positive vibe that really helped. She was very quick to stitch me up after giving birth to my son as well. During pregnancy, they give you a chance to meet with all of the OB's just in case you go into labor while one of them is on call. All of their OB's were very professional and had a great attitude. I will start by saying Dr. Koss is super awesome and I have no problems with her or any of the doctors there. The front desk staff is where I had the problem. They are terrible when it comes to scheduling!! They cancelled my appointment without even calling to notify me that it was cancelled. There was one time I called to confirm my appointment and they said they didn't have me on the schedule. I had it written down on a piece of paper from them that I had an appointment that day. All they could do for me was reschedule. I have had other issues that I am not going to go into detail about. I've never seen a supervisor there that they claim to go and talk to. They are nice enough in person, but they are not at all accommodating. Then the nurses always seem bored and ready to go home. As a pregnant women, you are already stressed enough about the health of your child and are emotional due to hormones. The last thing you need is to have to fight with someone to be able to see a doctor to make sure your child is healthy. I DO NOT recommend this doctor's office because there are a lot of good doctors out there and dealing with this front desk staff is not worth it! read more

Would not recommend this office. If you want them to bill you over $200 for a "new patient evaluation" that consists of a 5 minute discussion with the doctor only to order imaging, then have at it. They were very quick to send the bill for this visit, but never had the courtesy to call me to schedule an appointment to go over the results of my imaging once it was completed. Still have no idea what the results are. I will find a different doctor who is genuinely interested in patient care to do so. The office staff was not understanding or compassionate when I was seeking a resolution. Refused to let me speak with an office manager. No one ever informed me that they don't take secondary insurance for my payment, even though they knew I had it on my visit. When I was in the office, I was not impressed by overhearing the doctor berating an employee for not asking a specific question in the history. read more

Chose this office based off reviews both on Yelp and my insurance portal. This place is wonderful. I simply went there for a well woman exam but each person who I interacted with was pleasant and attentive. I love the check in process (all electronic) and my wait time was very short. When placed in a room, Dr. Koss came in within a few minutes to perform the exam, but to talk to me first about any questions I had. She answered all my questions patiently and honestly and never appeared rushed. She talked to me through my exam and was personable and kind. From walking in the door to walking out was less than 30 minutes, love it! I also received my exam results electronically through the HEALOW app, which makes things very simple as well. I would recommend making your annual exam a head of time, I had to book mine about 2 weeks in advance. read more

As stated in the other reviews, Dr. Warren is AWESOME. Really takes the time to sit and explains things to you, goes over your test results, doesn't rush you out of your appointment. Sits there and actually talks to you and asks how you are doing, if any changes in life, etc. she actually knows her clients. You ask questions about medication and she actually knows about the medication and gives you different options if one isn't working. However their FRONT DESK STAFF at the Winter Park office is HORRIABLE!!!! They are so RUDE, NASTY, and do not bother to try to help you out either over the phone or when you are there in person. You can call and ask a question or even try to tell them what you are calling about , and they don't even want to hear it, and will just transfer you to a voice mail. you call them back explaining that you do not need a voice mail that it is a basic question and yet they continue to pass you to a voice mail. The so called NURSE, that is suppose to call you back within 24hrs, does not call you back. Or when you speak with her you will get I will call you right back and a week after and still no call. Every time you call to speak to her you end up speaking to the voice mail. And just wasting your time. You call the office and 80% of the time don't get an answer and will just ring over to the answering service. Which have ZERO idea of were they are even sitting at. You can ask a basic question as to " is the office open ? Cause I've called twice and no one answers and gives you no options to press. And all you get from them is a " uhhh um I have no idea" . sometimes you talk with the answering service and ask them if there is someone to file a complaint with or something about not hearing from the office, and you get the same blank answer and not knowing anything. I was just told " I take messages only". why are they the answering service , and yet have no idea on whats going on with the office? dear sake they can't even answer if the office is in service or not. and let me not forget how they will get LOUD AND NASTY WITH YOU OVER THE PHONE AND PROCEED TO TELL YOU " I HAVE 20 CALLS ON THE LINE IF U ARE NOT BLEEDING , THEN CALL THE OFFICE". It is sad, because again dr. warren is AWESOME, but the office staff is a complete hell having to deal with them. So sad, cause that is only going to make the clients go else where. read more

I love this doctors office! Dr. Snook is so bubbly and sweet and very knowledgeable! I've read a few bad reviews on here about customer service but I'm so confused because I have legit never ever had a bad experience with the staff. They have been nothing but welcoming and friendly. This place is the worst if you are not young and skinny. Dr. Snook claims she is high risk and claims she delivers at Winnie Palmer, but neither of those are correct. She only delivers at Winnie Palmer for "Winnie Palmer insurance" and has a weight cut off of people she will see. She did not even know what insurance I had and kept referencing a Florida Medicaid insurance. I have BCBS for federal employees, NOT government assisted Medicaid. She told me I was above her "weight limit" in the staff lunch room because I wasn't worth the decency of an actual exam room. And of course she only tells me this after she has collected $120 dollars in co-pays (50 to a health savings card and 70 to our debit card) when our co-pay was only $40. When I was frustrated and said that now I would have to pay another $70 co-pay she said "what is it just about the money?" Yes $70 is a lot of money to throw away and since she thought I had Medicaid her response is even more inappropriate. Had Dr. Snook prepared for my visit she would have read the 15 page chart review my PCP sent over with my height, weight etc. She would have also seen I have no other risk factors. She told me in front of my husband I needed to loose 83 pounds before I delivered for her to even seen me. And technically she was the only high risk OB at the practice so if she was off there would be no one to see me. As I left the office sobbing she handed my husband a list of high risk OBs who may take me on instead of completing a warm hand off herself to another capable physician. Also, since I was seated in the break room I noted other violations. The Nuva ring samples were kept in the same fridge as the providers unmarked and undated sodas and lunches. Guess they underestimated the fact that I too am a health care provider and know the OIG violations and my patient rights. read more

I heart Dr. Snook. I got introduced to the practice when they sponsored Runway to Justice for the Central Florida Association of Women Lawyers. The funds from that events support the Orange County Courthouse's "A Place for Children" which provides a safe haven to children when their parents/guardians are at court proceedings. I checked around and found out another friend of mine (with child) was a patient and pleased with the service. I've been a client now for over two years and love everything about Dr. Snook's practice. No itchy paper gowns, tech saavy staff (they have an electronic patient portal and electronic delivery of prescriptions to your pharmacy), and no long waits. I was in and out in 23 minutes today for my Well Woman Exam. Dr. Snook really cares for her patients and gives honest advice. I'd recommend her to anyone. read more

WOW! Dr. Snook was my OB and I wanted to wait until the entire pregnancy, labor and healing process was done before commenting. Just so I didn't jump the gun. And I only have wonderful things to say about Dr. Snook and her office!! First, the office is clean and cute. They have baby pictures up and adorable pregnancy related quotes in the room. So it's not some scary sterile place. It has personality. And the office staff was awesome. The same ladies every week. They are quick, welcoming, remember you from week to week, and efficient. Even when you have concerns with billing or anything else, they are patient, listen carefully and really try to solve the problem and respectfully! Then Dr. Snook...She is so sweet and bubbly, like an old friend you haven't seen in a while. I never felt rushed during office visits. It always seemed like she was in a great mood and excited to answer any questions I may have. And when I found out my baby was breeched, she was calm, gave me options on what can be done next, and I never felt pressured to make any certain decision. She talked about the possibility of a c-section but wasn't against me trying yoga inversions or seeing a chiropractor to try to flip her first. There wasn't even hesitation that could've been read as being judgey. She was great about it all. And as the pregnancy progressed without my little one flipping, I decided to schedule a C-Section. However, Dr. Snook would check regularly (via ultrasound) and even up to the last minute to make sure my baby didn't flip on her own. She wanted to make sure the surgery was absolutely necessary! I was also self-Pay and she was so considerate of that! More than any doctor I've EVER been to. I feel like most times doctors don't want to handle any of that or even care what goes on with billing. They just do their thing (order a bunch of expensive tests) and have you figure it out afterwards with the billing department. She cared and she helped in any way she could. Thank you! Lastly, the c-section!!!! Obviously, I was nervous. I've never had surgery before. But she was informative and answered all my questions. On the day of, she was bubbly as usual! She was also punctual and confident, like she's done it a million times. Which is comforting! The surgery went spectacular. Definitely not as scary as I thought it would've been! I had a healthy baby girl that Dr. Snook delivered via c-section. Dr. Snook also checked in on me while I was in the hospital, even on that holiday weekend! I healed very quickly! The incision didn't bruise at all or bleed (that I know of...first couple days in the hospital, the nurses tended to it). And I definitely think it has to do with Dr. Snook's work! The worst part of all of it was a stupid heat rash I got wearing the binder the hospital gave me. Lol. Not the incision. Fast forward 6 weeks...incision looks great. She actually did it very low so it definitely won't be visible when wearing a bikini. And there is no pooch or overhang that I read some women get. Just a little scar a few inches long. Which let's be honest, even though it's superficial, we all are concerned about how it will look later. And I can definitely say, I am very confident with the end result. All in all, Dr. Snook is a rockstar!!! She took a very scary situation and made it great! I am so beyond happy in every way!!! Go see Dr. Snook!!!! read more

I have been a patient with this office for over 5 years and unfortunately their customer service has continually gone down. I left four voicemails last summer with the nurse about a medical concern that I had and never got a call back. I then ignored the situation until just recently when the medical issue got worst. I called and was directed to leave a voicemail with the nurse after letting the office staff know that I never heard back last summer they proceeded to say this was the only option. So I left a voicemail a few days ago and guess what, still no response from them. I've decided that I need to find a doctor with better customer service. Even when I called today to get my record sent elsewhere and expressed my discontent with them the office staff who books appointments didn't seem phased at all. Clearly they don't need patients because they couldn't even apologize appropriately for what happened to me. Poor poor customer service ! read more

I feel weird asking my friends "do you have an OBGYN?" and then i ask "one that you LOVE??" but i do all the time because i absolutely love Dr. Pam Snook! She has completely changed my whole outlook on how those types of visits should be! The staff makes you feel so warm and welcome when you come in, which is a HUGE change from what im use to. Dr. Snook is so professional but at the same time makes me feel so comfortable to ask any kind of question. I will start off by saying these Doctors are great at what they do for the most part. They're both very smart and when explaining things to you they give you all the information you need and answer all your questions. Let's talk about their staff. Their front desk are the most rudest girls I have ever spoken to. They scheduled my appt for one day.. I called to confirm the time (day of) and they tell me I'm not on the schedule, after going back and forth for a while mind you there is no front desk manager you can speak with and whatever front desk say it's what goes.. long story short they rescheduled me. I went in for my appointment I was a few minutes late, I even called ahead to let them know I was down the street and there was a lot of traffic. I get there and the front desk tells me she has to reschedule me. I told her I've waited over a month to see the Doctor she didn't care. It wasn't her problem. The Doctor had other patients to see (even though I've waited 10-15 mins after my scheduled time). Again I ask to speak to someone who can better help me and the girl wouldn't get anyone to assist me.. she was leaning her chair back.. she just didn't care. she just kept offering me another appointment time. Another girl sitting there turned around looked at me, chuckled and turned right back around. I would NEVER again step foot into that office. That Staff is absolutely disgusting. The Doctors are always so busy they don't do call backs. I had some test done, they told me they would call me to give me the results and never did. Thank God all came back well, but if I didn't call I would of never heard back. I wouldn't recommend this office at all. These Doctors are always to busy. Their staff definitely makes you feel like you are just another number. After I left I called to speak to someone higher left a messages for a doctor or someone to call me, still no returned call from anyone at a higher level to find out what happened. It's sad and disappointing that such great Doctors have such ugly and uncaring Staff. I wonder if the Doctors allowed that or even have knowledge of it.. read more

Dr. Snook has been my OB/GYN for a few years now in assisting my husband and i with fertility issues and has been wonderful. My reason for this review is not only for her, but also Dr. Warren, who literally saved my life at Winter Park Memorial when my left fallopian tube burst this past week. She was communicative, she called my husband who was away on the west coast for work to let him know how i was while he was catching a red-eye flight home. She came to see me the next day and went above and beyond to figure out how we got to this point and how to make sure my care was above and beyond for everything we needed. I cant express how wonderful Dr. Warren has been through all of this. I know there are other people who are complaining about rude office staff, which ive never actually encountered, but my life was literally saved this week and its because of these amazing women who stepped in where the hospital failed me. (I wont go into that part of it). Just know when you choose them, they see you as a person who is real and has a family, and they really care about you. read more
