This review is for the downtown Orlando location. The staff is somewhat friendly, but the doctors don't care about patients' time. At my last visit, my appointment took more than two and a half hours. I overheard a nurse tell the doctor I was asking about the delay, only to be told to "wait my turn," which felt rude. At my next appointment, I waited an hour and a half and left without being seen because it would be about another hour. Long waits happen, but this is unacceptable for scheduled appointments and shows a lack of respect for patients' time. I will go somewhere else! read more

If I could put 0 it would be a 0, there is a valet parking in the front for some reason rather than in the back, so parking is difficult, i went with my mother for a procedure and even though they mentioned to bring a support person I was not allowed not even in the waiting area, and I hear the doctors are good or okay but the support staff and the policies are horrible and need to change. My mother has a walking difficulty and I wasn't allowed in because of "policy" according to the front staff. Very rude, and did not want to answer questions. read more

I would STRONGLY deter any woman from scheduling with Dr. DOUGLAS GEARITY. He is completely unprofessional, careless, and rude. He diagnosed me with a hormonal disorder and refused to give me additional information on it when I asked and explicitly refused to at least write the name of the condition down. He in his words told me to look it up myself and "use dr. google". I now have to seek a true professional and go through this whole process again due to his lack of care. Truly disgraceful behavior and has zero business working in woman's healthcare. All support staff (women) were so helpful and kind. However, Douglas's behavior was so concerning that I am now concerned for other women in the clinic and in his care and will be moving forward with making a formal complaint under his NPI. read more

I used to be a regular patient at your office, under the care of Dr. Moya. She treated me for a long time--including throughout my pregnancy and during my C-section on May 2, 2023--but when I arrived for my next appointment, I was informed that I could not enter with my newborn son. Due to this inconvenience--which I find ABSURD, given that a woman who has just given birth cannot enter your offices with her newborn child--I stopped visiting the office and switched doctors. Today, as I was attempting to schedule a new appointment to continue monitoring my pregnancy, I was told that you are *still* enforcing this ABSURD POLICY of not allowing any children to enter. My question is: how is this even possible? During the months of June and July, my son is on school break, and I am certainly not going to leave him home alone just so I can attend my appointments--especially since, incidentally, yours is the *only* medical office I have encountered that has such absurd policies. read more

Walked in and found my pregnant wife already waiting, but the front desk (group of older ladies) immediately told me I had to wait outside--no explanation, just "policy." Plenty of empty seats inside, and I saw other kids with their moms waiting comfortably. It was cold outside for no good reason. Phone info was inconsistent: one call said no appointments after 1:30 any day; another said bring one support person, but never mentioned the outside wait rule. Didn't tell us over the phone or my wife.l before I got there. The ultrasound tech (Black woman) was completely silent the whole time--gave us a 3-second silent heartbeat clip, two tinted pictures, and noted a cyst in the report without ever mentioning or explaining it to us. Afterward, we had to hunt for direction to see the doctor while the front desk chatted among themselves. They acted surprised we were there and directed my wife to another waiting area (no signs or guidance), forcing me outside again. Felt like the "Walmart of OBGYNs"--minimal communication, poor directions, and basic checks only (vitals we already monitor, confirmation we knew from home tests, and a packet). The doctor was nice and asked if we had questions, but you have to come prepared with your own Google list for any real answers. Horrible service overall--felt unwelcomed and uninformed during what should be an exciting first prenatal visit. Wouldn't recommend if you value clear communication and supportive staff. read more

I have been a patient at the Women's Center of Orlando since 2017, and Dr. Forde-Kelly delivered my first child. I've always trusted this practice with my care, but my most recent experience was very disappointing. After a job change, I had a short lapse in insurance (5 days). I explained that I would be self-pay for my one appointment until COBRA became active and later provided proof that my coverage was retroactive. Despite this, Edward, the billing manager, informed me I was being dropped as a patient because I did not have active insurance on file. He blocked me from speaking with my doctor, locked me out of my patient portal, and told me all communication had to go through him. I also signed medical release forms in person to have my records sent to my new OB, but they were incomplete When sent. This disrupted my high-risk pregnancy care and left me feeling dismissed and unsupported during a stressful time. I respect the doctors here, but the way Edward and the administrative side handled my situation left me with no choice but to transfer my care. Patients deserve compassion and timely access to their own medical doctor. read more

Called office at 7:36am the automated message states the office opens at 7:30 yet the answering machine is still on. I wrote the doctor's office on November 19th, and still have not received a response 9 days later. The automated message states that the inquiries will be responded to in 24-48 hours. I have been a patient for more than 5 years, this operation has really turned to pure garbage for any woman; from small concerns to big concerns. After seeing the wonderful Dr. Edelenbos for several years, he recently retired. I saw Dr. Gearity today and was pleased to receive great care. He and his team were very compassionate and helpful in making this a smooth transition. I highly recommend The Women's Center to anyone who is navigating life post menopause and to anyone who has been impacted with endometriosis. Their care made a huge difference in my life! read more

The most unprofessional Care center I have ever dealt with. The hospital scheduled a follow up appointment for me that was continuously rescheduled for the last 2 months. I finally scheduled an appointment myself to then be told I could not be seen for what I scheduled for. I then explained that it was an error on my end so if we could change the appointment to a simple well woman exam that would suffice. The young lady then told me that could not be done because the appointment was scheduled for a post partum check. At this point I am pretty glad this happened this way because for a doctors office to be so careless about scheduling let's me know how they would handle my medical issues. Please reconsider visiting this chain of "the women center" there are other better OBGYN. I literally witnessed a young lady struggling in what seemed to be her final pregnancy term, when the front desk lady called a doctor seeing something isn't right the doctor appeared to be super annoyed. I also conquer with a previous comment made in here - that was made about the red headed front desk lady, she is extremely rude and passive aggressive, no one deserves to be treated this way especially when we are paying for their services. read more

What a disappointment. I was scheduled for a month out due to that being the earliest they could see me for a consultation. Not even something specialized. When it got to my appointment date, I was called at 10 am for my 11am appointment with a staff member informing me my appointment had to be rescheduled. No MDs were available until the following week. I was told the appointment time for my new date and sent an email reminder. Upon my arrival, I was told I was 15 minutes late and the doctor had already left. I arrived at the time I was informed. They would not reschedule me for that day even after informing them how long my commute was. They apologized but made little effort to remedy the mishap. Not the best quality of care. read more

Do yourself a favor and do not go here! I went for my yearly Pap smear and was told my mother in law was not aloud in the waiting room she had to wait outside. I'm sorry what? That is ridiculously rude! They told me she could come in when I was called back, which made no sense to me. Once the doctor was ready to come in she was kicked out again! I told them I recently lost my partner, you would think they'd let her stay. Nope, didn't even care to say sorry for your loss. I can't even believe an office would conduct themselves in that manner. A handful of us canceled our appointments, demanded a refund of our co-pay and walked out. Their excuse was they were backed up with some procedures this morning. I view this office much differently now that I've went through a pregnancy and birth while being a patient with Woman's Center. I noticed the customer service here has went down dramatically. While the front desk girls and the ultrasound technicians are wonderful the office wait times are horrendous. Even with an appointment you will wait close to a hour. Only to be seen by the doctor for 5 mins. I feel as though they take on too many patients and don't value your time. As a nursing mother it's very stressful being somewhere for more than a hour after your appointment. I had to ask to nurse in a private room because my son grew hungry and fussy. I also went though a few complications during my birth and after and my treatment here was poor. I was misdiagnosed multiple times and charged countless test to quest for no reason. After my birth I went through some issues and once again I don't feel like this office found the solutions where as my new office did and with much more compassion and understanding. This office also charges a little more than most woman centers. Overall the office is very well kept and beautiful but good customer service at a affordable rate is more desirable to me when I look for a Women's Center. read more

Choose this office if you want staff who doesn't read your medical chart thoroughly; or if you want to go to an office that will not allow your husband or supportive partner to be with you in their more than large enough waiting ROOMS. And if you are going through pregnancy, you better not be a single mom, because this horribly run office won't let your new baby into your follow up appointment. And they won't bother to remind you of that in your appointment reminder the day before. But if you bring your baby, they will make you wait outside in the hot Florida sun while they bring three different people to tell you the same thing because of their inefficient management structure. The "manager" will have some excuse for the office's heinous policies like "this is our policy and it's just always been like this." The world has changed, long gone is the "social distancing" movement. this office needs to get with the times. But what else can we expect when the office aesthetic hasn't been updated since 2006 --when tacky faux mediterranean fixtures and sponge painted walls were in style, and everyone wanted their kitchen to look like what Olive Garden aspires to be. Their billing staff was also not able to explain why the hundreds of dollars I spent I spent at their practice did not go towards my deductible.(This was before they dropped my insurance company --Cigna.) Dr. Carlos Rodriguez made me so upset, angry, and uncomfortable I actually fast walked out of the office crying in hysterics because he 1) decided at 36 weeks pregnant, that I was "high risk" based off of one medical event that had happened 9 years ago. (This was his first and ONLY time meeting me.) Dr.Carlos Rodriguez did not ask me about my water intake, my lifestyle, my diet, or anything about how my pregnancy was even going. And when I asked him 'how is it possible that I am all of a sudden, in my third trimester, considered a "high risk?" he proceeded to make me --THE PATIENT, feel guilty and unwelcome for even choosing to trust the women's center with my care when he said "well, normally we do not see patients like you, we typically send them to a high risk doctor." Dr.Rodriguez clearly did not read that I was cleared by the high risk Doctor who I had to beg to be sent to for peace of mind after reminding my main Provider FOR THREE APPOINTMENTS IN A ROW that I had a serious medical issue in 2014. When I asked Dr. Rodriguez why I was not neglected care in the beginning of my pregnancy as I had come for well women visits annually in years past --where I disclosed my history from 9 years ago that allegedly qualified me as "high risk" he had nothing to say. He stated three times in the appointment (that he ran an hour to, which made me late to my dental appointment) "well this is the first time I am meeting you" --as if it were an excuse for being so late he didn't have time to actively evaluate me by asking me any questions in order to give me proper care. After realizing that I could not stomach to see this doctor ever again, I called to cancel my next scheduled appointment with him, and when the receptionist asked why I was canceling, i said it was because "this provider made me uncomfortable and I never want to see him again" Instead of the patient coordinator asking me what was wrong and why I felt that way, they just said "okay we will cancel, have a good day." and hung up on me without offering to reschedule. Multiple women from the front desk staff also stated similar variations of the "we can't wait to see the baby!" statement; at my prior appointments. So it was a shock for me, when I showed up with my newborn in the car to have the valet man inform me that they don't allow the newborn babies they had cared for in utero to enter the building??? Not sure where they get the audacity to refuse entry to a new mothers with infants. I found it incredibly inefficient that they had three people visit my car to waste more of my time to tell me I can't come inside. I can't imagine what would have happened to my baby if I didn't have proper AC in my car. Shame on this office and their horrible desk staff and management. I ran two medical aesthetic offices as the for five years as the owner's right hand. This is the worst customer service and management (or lack there of.) I have ever experienced in a medical office. However, the quality of care was there. I'm leaving two stars instead of one only because my main provider and the ultrasound techs were top notch. They kept my gender a surprise until birth as I desired, and Dr.McCarty is so kind, and informative, he absolutely has a five star professional and kind bedside manner. This place is a hit or miss depending on the staff you get. Luckily for me the front staff is always nice but once you get to the back is a whole different story. I was recently there for my routine follow up which I needed blood work. First they take to an ultrasound and after the ultrasound for a pap I go back out to the front where I wait about 40 minutes pass my time. Once I go to the back I talk to the lovely NP which she answers all my question but tells me they need to draw blood. It took about 3 times in order for them to draw my blood which I have prety good veins. I heard them talking outside wanting for them to redo it again but at that point I was a bit fed up and explained to them that I rather not continue. If you can, avoid going here on Saturday's. I don't mind if they are students or new, I'm the type of person that I'm ok with if you ask me to try instead of attempting me and doing it incorrectly and completely off my vein. read more

Run like you are on fire away from this disgrace of a medical practice. If 0 (or less) stars was an option that is what I would give. Not only is the front office staff extremely rude and unhelpful, they behave like it is the last place on earth they would rather be. Listening to loud music, having every phone in the front on speaker phone holding for insurance...not a professional setting by far. You are NOT ABLE to reach this office by phone during or after business hours, everything is via a patient portal and you have to wait up to 48 hours to be messaged back. Read that again so you don't make the same mistake I did. You CANNOT REACH THEM. I had an after hours emergency and when my husband called the crappy outsourced call center that they used-2 "on call" physicians (out of 6) were paged numerous times and NOT. ONE. CALL. BACK. Not one call back, no follow up the next day-complete silence. Their billing practices are despicable and guess what? Since you can't reach anyone on the phone good luck getting an error resolved. I even went as far as sending a long message to the practice "owner" explaining at length what I suffered through as a patient and got no response. This place is the pond scum of medical practice. Please do yourself a favor and find another provider. If this helps even one person not have to endure the time spent running in circles with billing, the lack of care, and the overall frustration of seeing an absolutely uncaring and unprofessional provider then this review was worth it. It is time for the PATIENTS to demand better care-because without us, these doctors can't continue to operate this way. Demand better for yourself. There are PLENTY of other choices. Munoz I'm currently expecting my first baby. Few months ago me and my fiancé moved to Orlando, since this office was conveniently close to or house we decided to go there for pregnancy follow up. Our first visit to this office was around 15 weeks of pregnancy, that day we encounter Dr. Douglas Gearity, MD , I have to say, we had the worse experience ever with this Doctor, I have never seen a physician before who have such lack of empathy , such low ethics, such unprofessionalism and such disregard for women. First of all he came into our room, dressing in a manner I would have never guess he was a physician( A TOTAL DIRTY MESS), never introduced himself to us I personally had to ask him to introduce himself, sat in a chair like he was in a bench at a park, and started talking to us like he was at a college bar, making inappropriate jokes, and asking my fiancé if he was nervous when he started asking him some medical questions about results for the genetic testing we were supposed to review with him.  This guy had absolutely no idea about my medical records even when we send them prior to the visit , no idea about my present condition /labs/ultrasounds/ genetic testing , NOTHING , absolutely NOTHING about the patient sitting in front of him, "How Can I Help You" , that's all he said like he was selling bread at a Bakery, and not talking to a pregnant woman with many worries and concerns.  This guy was in such a rush, he did not even spend 10 minutes inside the room, rushing our questions, giving vague answers and more interested in getting rid of us than giving medical attention to a pregnant patient. Our experience was so disgusting that when they try to make us a new appointment with him we totally refused and request a different doctor and that's how it was done.  Today 08/06/22 was my follow up visit for the 29th week of pregnancy, and once again our encounter was with Dr. Douglas Gearity.He entered the room with the same crappy and unprofessional manner as last time, just asking "what can I do for you", immediately I expressed my desired of been seeing by the doctor with whom I originally had my appointment because I was not comfortable with Dr. Gearity at all, you all should know as a patient you have the right to choose your doctor especially in something as important as pregnancy and giving birth to another human being.  Dr. Gearity BIG EGO is so FRAGILE, that apparently he does not know how to handle a patient telling him how uncomfortable she feels with him as a Doctor, immediately he said that we should find another office and few minutes later we were given a disengagement letter, and we were not to be allow to return to the office again  What type of Physician, what type of medical professional, what type of men, what type of human being just take this actions with a pregnant woman at 29th week of pregnancy?. Just the emotional state of pregnancy, the level of stress, all the hormonal changes going through your body during this uncertain times, are enough to make a woman tremble. Now imagine a Doctor who is supposed to take care of you, and give his best under the Hippocratic oath acting in this harming ways against a woman, who only request was to be seen by a different, more compassionate and professional Physician, I was not even given time to find a different obstetrician who can follow upon on my pregnancy. We need to make this viral, we need to take action against this Doctor because is not the first time, for what I read in the reviews about him he has done the same to many other woman before. No where near the level of care I'm used to getting in the northeast. Mammogram technician was lovely...the best part of the experience. Predominantly Spanish speaking staff in Hunter's Creek. Asked the same medical questions by multiple staff despite having filled out the preregistration form. 5 min, VERY impersonal appointment with the MD. They posted a blood pressure reading in my online file without ever taking my blood pressure. Completely traumatized by this experience. I'll be flying up to my MD in Maine the next time. They make no sense rules. Please do not go to this place if you wish to receive dignity quality care during your pregnancy. They don't allow your husband or partner to go in with you. They claim this is due to the pandemic, yet they don't enforce masks. They "encourage" them. If you have a baby and no childcare, forget about it. You can't go in, they will cancel your appointments. I came to women's center Hunter's creek for my pregnancy. My OB Dr. Bhardwaj was the ONLY reason I continued to come back to the women's center. All other aspects of the center are ran terribly. After a few visits the front desk borderline harassed me about the global billing and signing a contract that I had never been approached with or had someone go over with me before. My husband was not present and they casually asked me to sign a contract blindly for over $1,000. After explaining I had never been explained this contract before and my husband was not here, I said I would take the paperwork home and go over it with him and get back to the front desk at a later time. That was not an acceptable answer for them because they proceeded to call the billing department at the front desk which is in the lobby and had me speak to them about payment and the contract in front of the entire lobby (humiliating). For my 6 week postpartum appointment I had a remaining balance of $199 and some change. All other bills had been paid in full up front (never a day late). When I checked in the woman said I had a balance and to go see the woman in the back which was fine because she was at least secluded and not in front of the whole lobby. I explained to her the reason I had not paid the remaining balance was because I had questions. I ended up going into labor before my induction day and the doctor on call for the women's center was not available so I had a doctor from Winnie palmer deliver my baby. The remaining balance was for the OB services during delivery, so why should I pay the women's center? Wouldn't I pay Winnie Palmer directly? I just had some questions which my husband and I were going to call the billing department of the women's center and discuss, all of which I explained to the woman I was directed to speak with. She was completely understanding and gave me the number and name for the person in the billing department I needed to speak with. I then sat down in the lobby and waited for my appointment. The two women at the check in spoke to me from their desk while I was in a chair asking if I had figured out the billing. I simply said yes we hashed it out thank you and continued waiting for my appointment again keeping it simple because I didn't want to discuss my billing in front of the entire lobby. They saw there was still the unpaid balance and asked me what happened. I explained that I spoke to the woman and had some questions, showed them the sticky note with the billing department's information and would be speaking with them when I had the chance at home with my husband. Then a third woman came over to the front desk and from there asked me to speak about billing again. I was embarrassed and infuriated for how incredibly rude and abrasive they were about $200. I again explained the situation to this third woman who insisted she could answer any questions and I had to repeatedly explain that I would speak to billing directly when my husband was with me. She kept insisting she could help. At this point I was so infuriated I asked if not paying this bill right now would inhabit me from going to my appointment. She said no and I replied then we are done here and went to wait for my appointment. Also every single appointment I showed up 10 minutes earlier for and they were always at least 30 minutes behind. Had an appointment scheduled for May 9th at 4:30pm. When I made the appointment, almost two months ago, I was not pregnant. About two weeks before my appointment I found out I was pregnant. When I filled out the digital paperwork it asked if I was pregnant. When I selected yes it then proceeded to ask more questions about my pregnancy. If the online paperwork was checked, they would have known I was pregnant before my arrival. The day of my appointment I arrived at 4:20pm. When I got there I reiterated the fact that I was pregnant. They said everything regarding my paperwork looked fine. They even took my urine sample. After sitting in the lobby for almost an hour, two ladies came up to me and informed me that since they were not aware that I was pregnant and the clinic closed at 5 they could no longer see me and that I would have to reschedule. I showed up 10 minutes before my appointment. My husband called off work and I sat there for almost an hour just to be denied service. It was a waste of my time, a waste of a day my husband had to use for work and extremely unprofessional to have someone waiting for an hour with no intention on servicing them. A day that was supposed to be exciting for my husband and I was ruined because of this clinic. read more

I had my first visit at the center on Saturday and it will be my last. As I was walking out to give the valet my ticket one of your employees; an older dark skinned women with black neck length hair and wearing a pink shirt followed me outside and started to make disgusting comments about my appearance to the young man at the valet booth. When I asked her what she said she started to repeat the rude comments directly to me. I was beyond shocked at the lack of professionalism as well as how rude and insensitive she was. I asked to speak to a manager and was told one was not available, I was instead provided with an email that I sent my compliant to and never heard back from anyone. I have seen Dr. Forde-Kelly at both their Orlando Location and their Oviedo Location. I've been a patient at the Women's Center since 2013, while living in Kissimmee (close to Hunter's Creek), have visited their St. Cloud Location and now their Oviedo location, since it's closer to home. However, when I can't see my Forde-Kelly at Oviedo, I've visited their Orlando Location. This location is big, has complementary chocolate *say whaaaat* and I've seen three female doctors from this location and all have been incredibly awesome. Finding an OBGYN was no easy task for me, but I have to say that The Women's Center has the best gynecologists I've seen... and I have to add I'm rather picky about my OBGYN. If seeking one, I would definitely recommend Dr. Coreen or Forde-Kelly. They are both humorous, but professional, take their time to hear you out and. are extra sensitive and careful with examinations. read more

The SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING HERE. Literally pulling my hair out to schedule an appointment. They keep putting me on hold and hanging up on me. Then sending me to a voicemail. I've been going here since I lost my virginity so it's really upsetting to see how bad things have gotten being a patient of almost ten years and being treated so poorly. My grandmother and mom also went here and it's unfortunate I'll be having to leave after all these years. Scheduling an appointment with Dr. Priya Patel is very stressful. It's ridiculous, this is my 4th attempt to schedule my appointment on Saturday due to my work availability but every single time, she cancelled. It keeps showing she's available but every time it's cancelled last minute. Very annoying and they don't even give options. No matter what I schedule 4-5 months or 3weeks in advance still cancelled. Why bother showing you're available on Saturday if you can't accommodate. I give up on this company. They don't care about their patients time, because they already have a lot of patients and get their money out of it, who cares about new patients right? I don't recommend. They have multiple locations which makes appointments very convenient. The Hunter's creek location has a vary large waiting area. They have an ultrasound machine and mammogram machine which is extremely convenient for any additional testing you may need. They also do valet parking which may seem unnecessary but it's a great perk. The staff is always kind. They have on line forms to complete ahead of time. The doctors are great. Try a few and then choose the one that best fits you. read more

Upon arrival, there is a valet that blocks most of the parking spots and the ones that are available are so tight that your car is going to get dinged. After entering the office, the receptionist said I owed them the same amount of money that I just paid at the Celebration office a week prior. She then checks on it and realizes she's wrong. I'll echo the other reviews: Doctors are fantastic. (Shout out Dr. Forde-Kelly). Receptionists are not nice, not helpful, act annoyed when you ask them anything. You wait forever for an appointment. ( I say this as I'm currently waiting 30 min past my appointment time). Also the valet is dumb. We can all walk the 50 steps to the door. read more

This office is run terribly. You will be waiting 1-2 hours in a crowded waiting room for every appointment. The front desk act like they have no clue what's going on when you ask how much longer it will be or how many people are in front of you. The only reason I continue to go is because the doctors (minus Dr.Gearity) are AMAZING. They also do not answer the phone. The Women's Center at Hunters Creek is an amazing facility! From the moment I walked through the doors I was welcomed. I was brought in and seen by the doctor five minutes after my appointment time. The nurse that brought me in was pleasant and fun to talk with. Dr. Charity Johnson is an amazing physician. She is both knowledgeable and compassionate. The location is convenient, and well taken care of. I highly recommend this facility for any OB/GYN care. read more

Front desk is hit or miss, some good visits some bad. Every time I was waiting for an appointment someone was yelling at the front desk people for reasonable things that were also concerns of mine. I was called obese by the nursing staff on the patient portal, I'm not clinically obese, which then they called and apologized weeks later while somehow managing to belittle me. Patient portal is the only real way to get ahold of someone, but sometimes you can expect to wait 27 days for a response. I had messaged about a breast pump script, managed to get the script and pump in the mail before I got a response. Calling is a lost cause, I was having signs of preeclampsia and called at around noon, was sent to voicemail and left a message. Luckily I went to my hospital of choice and had my baby the next day because I had severe preeclampsia symptoms. I hadn't heard anything back besides a call that I had missed my appointment that was scheduled for the day I had my baby. I wish I could leave a better review because my experience with Dr. Johnson and the midwife in the hospital was AMAZING! Just wish I had been treated that way the entire time. I hardly ever saw my preferred doctor while pregnant. I kept getting thrown back and forth from doctor to nurse to doctor. Also, the sonographers on site are amazing! My main issue is the lack of communication, which I was told was due to covid. read more

After I posted my last review, Dr. Gearity discharged me as a patient and did not follow the standard of care for the field, to assist me finding a new doctor or give me thirty days of continuity of care so that I could find a new doctor. His office is wholly disgraceful. I was left at 20 weeks pregnant without obstetrical care, abandoned by my physician. Seriously. Don't go to this office for obstetrical care. Run away from them. I'll be reporting him to all boards with whom is he certified. read more

Dr. Gearity is such a rude and unprofessional doctor. You could tell right off the bat that he did not care about a single word I had to say and was in such a rush to leave that room. He was so dismissive with the questions and concerns that I had. How do you prescribe someone METFORMIN for pelvic pain WITHOUT doing any type blood work or any type of tests/sonograms? He said he would use my bloodwork from 5 years ago "because it doesn't change." ???? This place is extremely overbooked and although I can't speak for all of the doctors in this office, I can say for a fact that if you are looking for a doctor that cares for his patients and truly listens to them DR. Their office team is unprofessional, Dr Gearity provided incorrect instructions on after care during a minor procedure in his office. The only doctor in this practice (Dr Johnson) who was warm and had great bedside manner will not be providing care for at least the next few months - the office staff disregarded my concern over moving to a new doctor and seemed annoyed with my questions over who my new doctor might be. read more
