After our old server died, a new server was available on Saturday morning for Superiocity to start…read moreworking on it. It took them less than 36 hours to have my sites available again, time in which they not only moved all three of my websites and software to a new server but also configured the operating system, fixed lots of issues that arise from moving old PHP code to a server running the latest version of Ubuntu Linux and PHP, as well as setting up other software I needed for the proper function of my sites like Java and Tomcat. We were in constant contact during this process by email and phone. They were constantly updating me of the progress they were achieving, telling me an approximate percentage of the process that was successfully achieved, they even contacted the developers of some of the software my sites run to accomplish full functionality of the websites in the shortest time possible. Superiocity exceeded my expectations. Not only were my sites back in business in record time but they also secured the server, or may I say "armored" the server to a point in which there are no known vulnerabilities. They also instructed my developers on how to work in a secure environment and always kept a very professional communication not only with me but with my developers too. Assigning Superiocity the job of moving my sites to a new server, secure it and do it all in the shortest time possible was by far the best decision. It gives me peace of mind to know that if I ever run into any trouble again, Superiocity is only one call away. We now have 6 servers under Superiocity administration and can't be happier.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! I went in to Techy this afternoon as the back of my iphone was cracked due to an old and bad battery. I went in to Lamar who told me he could fix it no problem as well as replace the battery. While he was taking down my information, I received a phone call and Lamar heard the entire conversation and knew my phone was working just fine - there were no problems with the phone itself, just the cracked back. When I went to pick it up three hours later, it was NOT WORKING AT ALL. I asked Lamar for help several times and he told me he was too busy. I left the store and then went back in and demanded he look at it. He told me it was my carrier, I knew it was NOT the carrier as it was working just fine as I said. I ran quickly to Xfinity in the same plaza and at first they said it was not working because I had no Sim card, (Lamar removed the SIM card and did not put it back) so I ran back over and Lamar swore he did not touch the Sim card. I went back to xfinity and they were kind enough to give me a new SIM card but the phone would not work at all. They said they had never seen all the error messages, they called their top guy in to help me and he could not fix anything, he called HQ and said that TECHY definitely broke my phone and the only hope I have is the apple store. I went back to TECHY and again LAMAR would NOT look at my phone and told me I was crazy and he did not touch the card or do anything to my phone. Um, why is it now broken? I am now home at 8pm with no phone, no back up phone and will go to apple first thing in the morning. I am so upset, I should have gone to APPLE in the first place. DO NOT GO HERE - they are extremely incompetent and RUDE. I can not believe they get any good reviews. I just went in and re read the reviews and apparently I am not the only one whose phone they broke. Read the bad reviews before the good ones, I wish I had. I am giving one star so this goes through, but if I could i would give MINUS 1000.

Since they saw I was waiting, they put two guys to work on my car and I was driving away before 12pm. They explained what to expect with the product over the next week while it dries. They also put a small sticker on my window switches so that I don't forget not to roll down. I'm glad they did because I have forgotten on previous cars. Clean shop, great service, high quality products. I definitely recommend, it was worth the 1 hour drive.
