All they sell is refurbished auto parts. I went in to buy a " new " starter no new ones on stock…read morejust refurbished ones. Had to order it from another store. Was in the next day. The starter only lasted not even 2 months before it started making this horrible sound. I had previously bought a alternator from O'Reilly's auto parts for it put on this alternator left me stranded way out at Sangchris lake fishing miles and miles away from home. I didn't learn my lesson that time. I went back and bought the starter it didn't even make it 2 months before it was making that horrible sound.

It was disappointing that it took two trips to get our car battery replaced/changed. After the…read morebattery died, we charged it up and took it here (as we have in the past) to be replaced. We were told they did not think the old battery was dead and to charge it overnight, which we did. The next day the car started fine and I went to work. When I went to leave during my lunch, the car was dead and I could not go anywhere. Fortunately, they agreed to replace the battery on our second visit. So we were inconvenienced twice. However, other than the inconvenience, everything went great and the new battery was installed quickly.

I purchased 3 master cylinders from O'Reillys over the course of a week. All 3 were faulty and…read morecaused the brakes to "lock up" while I was driving my Honda Odyssey. I ended up getting a master cylinder from the junk yard and having it installed. Problem solved, finally. However the faulty master cylinders cost lots of money in tow fees, new brake lines, pads and calipers (which came from NAPA). The staff at O'Reilly's have always been good to me when I needed other items, not their fault. Management needs to find a new source for parts.

Horrible place!! Tried to take advantage of a 90 year old woman and force her to buy a new battery…read morebecause they messed up. They gave her a loaner while they charged her battery and then she returned to get hers back. After leaving it stopped working and they said it was because it was still a loaner. She mentioned she had been in and gotten hers back and they said she should have checked under her hood before leaving?!?! They then said they didnt have her battery anymore and she would be required to purchase a new one as the loaner belonged to them. Absolutley horrid customer service.
