They called and said my car was due for an oil change. So I set up an appt and drove out there. As I'm collecting my stuff to turn the car over to them, I glanced at the oil sticker in the upper left window. My car was not due for an oil change for another 6 weeks and 5,000 miles. I drove back home. Green apologized and I made an appt in 6 weeks. #2. The 'check engine' light came on in late November. Took it in for a diagnostic. There were some minor things wrong, but I decided to wait until Spring to do them, because I do not drive my Miata in the winter for any reason. I brought it back in as soon as the weather changed. They had no idea what they had told me a few months before. They said they'd have to run another diagnostic. I agreed and left the car with them, but they never called me back with any information. #3. I called them. Other Techs said that 'my' tech had a family emergency and would be gone for the rest of the week. They recommended that I only deal with 'my' tech, who has still never called me. Only having one person assigned to me doesn't sound like a good management decision. It sounds like a scam that no one else wants to touch. Bye, Green Mazda, I'm done with you.
