An employee walked behind the counter, looked at me, didn't say a word and started looking at the computer. Another female employee walked up beside him, looked directly at me, she failed to acknowledge me. I continued to stand there for another 5-10 minutes till I was angry enough that I walked out. I was never acknowledged as a customer, I will not go to that store again. I had a simple item to order, yet they could not even take a few minutes to help me. Very, very disappointed.
