Today my tire popped on the street and I was able to make over to O'reilly parking lot. I went to get help at Meineke Car Care Center. The guy there said they don't do tires. It was cold and I have my 5 year old with me. I went to O'reilly. The employee even tried to call the place for me. However the one that is close, are closed. Thankfully another employee named Miguel came out to help me. He helped me changed the tire and put on the spare. 5 stars because they did the best to help and I am grateful. Thank you. read more

Sooo I went in on Friday to get my car's wiper blades replaced. Micheal, one of the managers assisted me. He was very nice and friendly and got the job done right. I'm not gonna lie when it comes to my car I get in the zone at AutoZone, I'm a devoted and loyal customer (well not anymore) like I know this is something y'all don't want to read or see in your reviews knowing the competition between these two stores but SIS!!! Let me tell you though Micheal!!! made me convert into an O'Reilly customer! the way he handled the wiper blades spoke a lot about his character and how he is with customers. I was left 100% satisfied with his skills and he's a good person and I also seen he's a DODGERS FAN. Give this man a Raise!!!! When I was back on the road, happy with my service. I quickly called my nearest AutoZone (well I parked cause we don't drive and text here honey) and told them how Gabriel Montez from High School Musical once said, "I gotta go my own way.. something about us doesn't seem right these days.." so yeah. My car overheated due to a cracked coolant tank (around the corner from my home thank goodness) and oreillys was open for 30 more min! Got the worst costumer service today afternoon at 5:11pm exactly by Efrain. He wad not able to help me and was in a bad mood. I was asking for help to find the right anti-freeze for my car and he didn't answer after a while that I tried various times to find the right kind and he just said no thats not the right one but didnt try to help me get the right one. Since the moment I first entered the store i noticed he wasn't in a good mood. My husband also asked if he could borrow some tools to fix a ripped tube and he said he had some but didn't let him borrow any. Will never return to this store again. Few days ago I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts in Modesto Ca. off Carpenter Wow they greet you there once you walk in asking if you need assistance with anything with a comfort smile not grumpy or forced to say it !... I came in for a free Electrical battery,alternator, starter test . They did a free diagnostic and found the problem my H2 Hummer needed a new battery!.. They even said I could change out my battery there and they offered there tools to let me use to change out my battery ! That is awesome !! Now I don't have to go all the way home risking my car to break down on the road and I end up pushing the armor tank off the road . just to change out the battery at home then go all the way back just to give them a the battery coil !... What I liked that makes me go back to O'reillys is they made it convenient for me to get the job done right there and now ! By offering There kind Services of offering there tools for me to take out the part and replacing with a new part. It would be nice if they could add to there business is they do free minimum 10 minute mechanic service for diagnostic and head light lamp replacement and battery replacement windshield wipers anything under 10 min is free service ! The assistant manager of this place tried to sell me $13 platinum spark plugs today, after I specifically told him I wanted the least expensive plugs that were the original replacement copper. Don't treat me like I'm some stupid f-ing idiot, just because I'm not a mechanic. read more
