He's quiet at first but don't let that put you off, he's super friendly. People walking in seem to know JJ very well so I was put at ease. He told me the cost of smog check up front. I was concerned about my brakes going out in this bad, rainy weather. J.J. inspected them for free and said the front brakes needed replacing, but not the back breaks. These guys are great! I took my daughters' car there because the fuel guage wasn't properly working. JJ gave me an ideal of what the problem was over the phone so I brought the car into his shop. He later called be about an hour after dropping off the car to confirm with me what the issue was and the cost to repair. This guy's shop ruined my car's oil pan plug caused he used electric instead of manually tightening it.In addition the oil filter was way too tight when I attempted to replace it and which should only be hand tight. I don't' what they did but definitely the tightness is not normal read more
