They did a very shoddy and inaccurate job: - Reported moisture in the basement. There is none at all. - Said the sump pump was permanently sealed and couldn't inspect it. It has an easily removeable lid - Said the basement stairs needed an extra railing. It does not as one railing is sufficient for stairs that are less than 44 inches wide, according to the NJ code - Said that there was water leak in the downstairs bedroom. There is not. We have a new roof. The mark he looked at is loose drywall tape. Said that our electrical panel was mis-wired. Said it was a fire hazard. Our electrician says is not and in no way a fire hazard. -Said he couldn't inspect the attic. He was too fat to fit through the opening This inspection caused the buyer to cancel the contract.
