When I asked if I could learn a bit more about him, they directed me to his business website and let me know he hosts a podcast every Sunday on a radio station. Please see the link below to the podcast published on June 14th 2026. https://am870theanswer.com/personality/arif-halaby?shem=rimspwouohe,#google_vignette I thought, as it states on his website the podcast is about finance and retirement.... https://tfswealth.com/podcast-on-demand/ If you listen to the first 55 minutes he not only makes assertions that people were better off being slaves.... more specifically 26 minutes 55 seconds is the beginning of some of the most vile and offensive talking points. That slavery was and the end of slavery are comparable to modern welfare programs because of dependence. He makes very clear his position about how " pointless "reparations are because one hour and 26 minutes into the Podcast. He also states that "they're just gonna spend the money ,they're just gonna buy rims and maybe even a marijuana business.

Augusta Financial - Oktoberfest 2024 was an incredible time with the team! We enjoyed spending time with colleagues, business partners, and the community.

Same review I posted to Google!…read more My husband and I got our first ever home loan through Augusta Financial. At the same time, a friend of ours was buying a home and after we "secured" our rate with Dwayne, we found out that there were LOWER rates which could have saved us THOUSANDS because our friends got a significantly lower rate at almost the same time (within a week). Augusta Financial clearly did not have our best interests at heart. They came recommend by the real estate agent of my husband's family and we trusted him, so lesson learned to not trust the family realtor and do our own research. My husband did not want to start the process over elsewhere with the amount of time we had already spent and as we had found a home we wanted to purchase at a more or less affordable price. Also, they did not tell us our loan would be IMMEDIATELY sold to another company. We already had set up automatic payments and got notification in the mail 2 weeks after we moved into our new home that the loan was sold. Dwayne also could not spell in almost any email we received from him, which personally irritated me. Grammarly is free. Attention to detail was not strong and everything he required was always urgent, but when we needed an answer to something he was nowhere to be found until it was convent for him. I also had to explain things several times to several different people at Augusta Financial like they do not communicate with one another there... Overall, I would say we had a rough first mortgage loan experience and do not recommend Augusta Financial. Take your chances with them as they do not look for the best rate for you, and they do not give you all the information upfront unless you know what to ask for; as first time home buyers, we did not know what to ask and there is A LOT of information out there and so much to understand that it can be very overwhelming for first time homebuyers.
