The schedule flexibility was the first thing that stood out to me because the market here is so crazy busy. Candy and Lisa must be great at time management. Everything went fairly quickly with the lease signing and move in. It was low stress and that was a big plus with everything else going on for us with the move here. During this rental period, there have been minor maintenance issues. They have a great online site for maintenance requests and rental payments. It's so convenient and (more importantly than that), they are very responsive. Even if the repairs are not able to be done right away, they let us know they have received the maintenance requests and begin working a fix to the problem(s) right away.
