Four weeks turned into seven weeks with NO COMMUNICATION. I had to call them to find out what was going on. I was told the poles would be set on one day and they showed up to my property on a different day unannounced. I was also told the actual fencing would be installed on a particular day and once again they show up unannounced on my property on a different day! The work is always sketched out and detailed on the estimate. How that crew was able to still install part of the fence incorrectly was beyond me! The crew also ruined my water hose & spigot hooking up their hose. It cost me $85 to get that fixed! The crew also felt it was ok to dump cement in my lot. The second crew which included one of the owners did rectify the fencing situation and cleaned up the cement. No apology was given from either owner though. I'm a customer they should have wanted to do a good job for as I need more fencing done next year. But they probably don't care as i put more money in their pocket because a neighbor is using them for fencing as well. He was warned though! If you are going to use this company you better be at hone during all installs and watch them like a hawk! If not...they'll end up costing you more money in addition to what you paid them!

The crew showed up on the first available day to work as a couple of days of rain delayed the project, which was completely understandable. The project took 3 days to complete and we were very satisfied with the outcome. Only items stopping a 5 star review was a small miscommunication in showing up on day 2, but was rectified on day 3 and a small custom request that was unfinished that we were able to quickly address ourselves. All in all, the team did a really good job and the turnaround time was fantastic. Our salesperson was very communicative and kept us in the loop every step of the way. They answered all my questions and offering options and insights that I had not considered. I share a fence line with three neighbors. FTF gave me a detailed breakdown of what each neighbor's share would be. This made approaching my neighbors so much easier. They handled all permits and were great about keeping me updated. FTF threw out my old fence. They carefully cleared bushes and landscaping, preserving several that otherwise may have been removed. I removed four mulberry trees from the property and FTF coordinated and worked around the tree company with no issues. I especially appreciated how flexible Final Touch was--just prior to the start date I decided to add a small separate fence around my side door and an eight foot gate to allow for improved access to my backyard. These changes did not delay the project and the additional cost of these changes was very reasonable. Overall, my new fence exceeds my expectations and I am very happy. My three neighbors are happy and I have been getting compliments from passersby. I will be following up with final touch in three months to seal the wood when it is ready. That's when he told me he had actually been hoping I wouldn't call back because All Brick Design could not honor the quote he had given me. He said the job would cost significantly more than the written estimate. I don't understand the purpose of providing a written quote if the company has no intention of honoring it. When I told him I would leave a review based on my experience, he accused me of threatening him. A review is not a threat--it's a way for customers to share their honest experiences with others. Please be aware of their unethical business practices.

We bought this home and our driveway was completely redone some years ago, but they didn't redo the…read moregarage floor. My father-in-law nearly rolled his ankle walking around our garage, so we decided that fixing the garage floor was a priority for safety reasons. Enter Creative Concrete Raising. My husband found this company through Yelp and inquired about their services, but since it was early winter and the ground was freezing, the company still came out to inspect the floor and give us a quote, and they put us on their queue for spring because their equipment had already been weatherized and put away. As soon as the weather warmed up, they called and came out to fix our garage promptly. I wish I had a before picture of the lip between the hemispheres of our garage floor because it must have been offset by an inch, and they were able to raise it up! They drilled holes and pumped limestone underneath the concrete to bring it up to an even surface. The manager Ken even mentioned that they could tell that underneath the concrete there were some hollow areas! Yikes! Thankful for their services and we will definitely be considering them again because we have more areas that need to be fixed! Surprisingly, they didn't try to upsell my husband on services, they quoted him and did exactly what he asked for. Great communication, timely service, and an overall easy transaction.
