I would NEVER use this company for insurance policies!!!! Horrible attitude from sales representatives and their managers!!! They lie about everything and do the bare minimum to get you the information needed. When you have to show someone the policy paper word or form they take days if not weeks to send them. School in Pico Rivera has a lady there that is too busy for her students/clients! Had too have her supervisor send me the information I needed. Horrible experience with this place. They use to hire good people. There's one guy from the orange branch that is knowledgeable and good. But they work in zones! I've been a licensed contractor for 30 years. I decided to use these guys to help me study for a state test to add an additional classification to my license. There were several issues that I ran into. 1. They took my money, but never sent the study materials. I had to follow up and it took a couple of weeks to get it. They insisted they had emailed it to me, but never showed up in inbox, spam, or clutter, etc. 2. The study materials are dated. Of 115 questions on the actual test, and 4 study tests they provided with 115 questions each on 3, and 43 questions on the 4th - there were less than 10 actual questions they provided in the practice exams that were included in the actual exam. 3. In their practice exams, there are several questions that clearly had the wrong answers. I submitted this to them, and they made some corrections on a few, but didn't even respond on the others. Good news, the actual test was very easy and I passed. But the service from this "school", didn't help at all. read more

Careful-They'll cancel your class and still charge you for it! No refunds on tuition. Cancelled the class less than 24 hours in advance. Then tried to reschedule us for Memorial weekend or Father's Day weekend. When we said neither would work, they tried to blame us saying they had given us viable options for rescheduling. So holiday weekends are a viable option? Then refused to refund our $225 for the EPA RRP class. Horrible people. Horrible organization. read more

Finished 4 classes that briefly and swiftly covered entire sections of the book this school provides. Paid extra for law classes that are just online quizzes that are given to you at the end of each four classes. I keep on studying the book, cds. All of this because I took over (why I paid extra) from a partner that struggled to learn from nick (he's great gave a lot of inside trade tips) I studied, and accomplished to work and study full time administration to add to my law knowledge and add on these to get my license. It was back of mid November2022. It's may 5 and I was told via email by Alyssa to expect a letter by mail for 4/17/2023. Now I am exchanging emails where she States: "3/17/2023 - PRINTED ACKNLDGMNT LTTR TO APPLCNT · 04/05/2023 - APPLICATION RETURNED FOR CORRECTION · 04/05/2023 - NO SOI ON FILE WITH SOS · 04/05/2023 - EMAILED APPLICANT The state board sent you and email or letter regarding you statement of information ?" To which I stipulate, I receive a lot of promotional email from the school. To kindly specify the contractor state boards email.. And again: "Good Morning You're Going to be receiving a lot of spam mail. If your not sure you can always scan it to me to make sure . I am looking you up" According to Alyssa I've waited over six/seven months for mail notification when it should have been an email from the state board for contractors. I want to reduce the amount of spam emails, go directly to state board, and get to the bottom of this before going to another contractor state board recommended and certified school to resolve this. To summarize, I am a firm believer you get out of life what you put into it and specially the attitude which you choose to see things from. It's gonna be almost a year(took over my partner) so, If anyone reading this that has a contractor state board school that gets you to do the process in a efficient and timely manner without making you feel that it is you misunderstanding or mis communicating and giving to gather emails as evidence, kindly send me a message directly with a professional school for contractors to get licensed. read more

I would say this is the best General Contractor Preparation School in LA area. They have professional staffs who can answer or assist your needs at anytime, excellent study guides including numerous CD's, online courses, and test taking skills with well experienced instructors. Big thanks to Lolita, she always helped me when I had many questions regarding GC license. Warning: This is not a legit school! Think twice. Read BBB complained about this school and read only the bad reviews here. These are common things here you need to aware of. I am still fighting with them to get this resolve. Report it and talking to media friends to get words out. Also talking with family business lawyer about this. I can't stand this kind of lure and bait ad to stay in business. I hope no one will be in the same situation. I called school on 2/4 for a course that I was interested and call got transferred to a sales person Stephanie. WITHOUT EXPLAINED ANYTHING ABOUT THE CLASS NOR ANY TERM AND CONDITION, she asked my CreditCard number and driver license number. I trusted and gave it to her without knowing she will RUSH to charge my card instead of making sure I will get all my material for class. At that point, I still was not sure about enrolling the class. However, the card was charged and you can never get it back. Few hour passed, got a call from their branch school and was told that there is nothing they can do on providing class material. I called salesperson Stephanie, but she did not answer, left voice mail and emailed. In email and calls I stated not wanting to enroll the class. I know within few hours, if they charged my card, they can handle this issue correctly and reverse the charge back. BUT THEY DID NOT!!! They ignore my calls, my email. EVERYTHING I stated above happened within 5 hours range. Next day, Stephanie called me back and said the situation can only handled by Accounting. I kept calling for 4 days, every receptionists told me the same thing and neglected to give me Accounting contact. In 2 weeks, NO ONE returned my calls or emails about my refunds. Today I got an email saying that they denied my request because I agreed all the term and condition when I enrolled. And this is the shady part. I did not know there was any kind of term and condition nor the return policy! They can reverse my charged on the same day but they did not. They waited until it was charged. Very shady! She is the only reason I have been able to navigate through this program. If you aren't lucky enough to get Juliette I would request it post-haste. She informed me of classes and items I had no clue I was even entitled to and made sure to schedule everything for me and on time. aside from the the night school instructor who really is amazing i was left high and dry. the best way i can describe my experience here is that you get dragged through the whole process and when you land on the other side they will not help you one bit. they blow up your phone to get you in the door but once you take the test they literally do not pick up the phone i had to drive myself down to there to see whats going on and got shit attitude. i paid for the "all inclusive" package and honestly it was not all inclusive i really didnt want to write this review but it has not sat well with me. i wish you all luck on getting your license and hope this helps someone out there. read more

I'm leaving this review in hopes that no one else will get taken advantage of. I tried to sign up with this school and I was getting the run around for months. The original package I was trying to sign up for cost $1,300. Don't sign up for any of their high priced packages. They're constantly sending emails with lower prices but that's not my issue. My issue is with Diego the dirtbag that tried to steal my money and the mangers who allowed it. Thank God I never signed shit with this school and I was able to get a full refund from my bank. I signed up for the C-10 back in June 2020, due to Covid I was promised to have a crash course online, as I told Diego who signed me up the date of my upcoming exam he disappeared on me, him and the entire company, when I asked for a refund I was told that Miriam from accounting will call me, needless to say, she never did. After I failed my test, I called them again and fell for the second trap, after they promise me that I'll have an online crash course. That didn't happen either!!! The worst think is their customer service, once they get your money, you can forget about them.
