I rented a dumpster from this company for my home project which was a 15 yarder that holds 3 tons…read moreand when I called I was giving a certain price at that time, by someone named Jason he gave me a certain price and he said it was plus tax plus permit. The day before my dumpster was supposed to show up of course they charge a different price about $50 more which I agree to because I need a dumpster it's fine I got the permit I got the dumpster the next day. The dumpster is nothing like I saw on the picture on the website it was really banged up but it holds the garbage and that's what's important. At no time was I told that if my garbage weighed more than 3 tons I will be charged for it. How am I supposed to know my garbage weighs more than 3 tons anyway I don't have a scale in my house to weigh garbage!! The following day I had an additional $204.00 added to my bill which no one explained to me about and I don't think that a company should ever hide extra cost to a customer they should be out front with all the charges that might happen and this company did not do that. I don't appreciate having money taken out of my checking without me knowing what's going on. I don't recommend this company to anyone with all these hidden costs.
