I immediately remembered why I swore to never come hete again. My doctor was inexperienced. I aas diagnosed with shingles. My skin wasn't examined. She looked from a few feet away and after I told her how it started, she backed away and said "That's definitely shingles!" Shingles, Doc, not leprosy. Today I called ClearChoise MD because I am in a lot of unexpected pain. They say, in order for the doctor presently on duty to prescribe anything, I'd need to come back in for him to examine me. I don't have another $160 when all my info from yesterday's exam is on file. Receptionist then tells me they don't prescribe narcotics, "so I don't know what you expect him to do for you". Unbelievable. If you cannot treat a person for what they go in for, then why would you take $160 from them knowing this. And in the type of care they offer it does say they treat any skin rash. In my opinion, treatment means helping the person get better for the illness at hand, not just sending one prescription out, not asking any questions about Pain or give advice on pain management. Clear Choise my ass. I am hoping to hear from the provider who is in today, to see how this continues.

I was seen within a half hour of my arrival by Geraldine Lau DNP, APRN. I felt she was very attentive and really listened. The nurse who checked me in was fantastic as well. She didn't go immediately to medication but gave me practical things to do to address my condition. That afternoon I got a call from her recommending specific exercises and also an over the counter product that might provide relief. I am extremely pleased with the care I received today. I highly recommend Conway Walk-in Clinic and especially Geraldine Lau.

Got an X-ray and the doctor saw me for 30 seconds and said they don't do dislocated shoulders. Then they had the audacity to charge me for a full office visit. Other urgent cares in the area told me they don't do dislocated shoulders, but not this one. Place is a scam - stay away. Cannot be trusted.

The waiting time wasn't too bad, considering this is an urgent care. The doctor actually listened to my concerns. I went to this urgent care because I was in excruciating pain in my foot; I couldn't walk properly anymore and needed immediate assistance. I went to a podiatrist the day before my visit here who told me I may need surgery. Good thing I visited this urgent care because after the X-rays were taken, the doctor said my foot looks completely fine, I just have an infection. No surgery needed! The fact that the doctor at this urgent care was able to figure out the real source of my unbearable pain within an hour, speaks volumes of this place. I came into this urgent care feeling awful and in such immense pain. Upon leaving and in just one hour, I had a diagnosis, prescriptions and a small boot for my foot! I mean, I am still in awe I cannot believe how incredible these people are! Basically I don't know what else to say to express my gratitude and the incredibly positive experience I had here. Also, this urgent care has a radiologist ON SITE. It literally only took 15 minutes from when the X-rays were taken until the doctor came back into the examining room and explained the results of the X-rays to me. Talk about efficiency.
