Wow. If I could give 20 stars I would. This place is absolutely INCREDIBLE. Every single one of the staff I encountered were so kind and decent. The waiting time wasn't too bad, considering this is an urgent care. The doctor actually listened to my concerns. I went to this urgent care because I was in excruciating pain in my foot; I couldn't walk properly anymore and needed immediate assistance. I went to a podiatrist the day before my visit here who told me I may need surgery. Good thing I visited this urgent care because after the X-rays were taken, the doctor said my foot looks completely fine, I just have an infection. No surgery needed! The fact that the doctor at this urgent care was able to figure out the real source of my unbearable pain within an hour, speaks volumes of this place. I came into this urgent care feeling awful and in such immense pain. Upon leaving and in just one hour, I had a diagnosis, prescriptions and a small boot for my foot! I mean, I am still in awe I cannot believe how incredible these people are! Basically I don't know what else to say to express my gratitude and the incredibly positive experience I had here. Also, this urgent care has a radiologist ON SITE. It literally only took 15 minutes from when the X-rays were taken until the doctor came back into the examining room and explained the results of the X-rays to me. Talk about efficiency. 1000/10!! Had a personal issue come up during the COVID outbreak and wanted to avoid the hospitals, also do not have insurance. The Belmont location was incredible from start to finish, I sped up the process by completing a form online, waited for less than 10 minutes in a spacious, socially distance-able waiting room, and was met with a smile (through their masks ) every step of the way. Affordable & easy even without insurance. Not only that but I was treated by a DO, who was clearly very knowledgeable in many areas including gyno. I needed to go to Urgent Care because of an injury. I am from out of state. I was very impressed with the professional and kind staff. The wait time was short. Everyone was terrific. All the medical personnel took time to explain everything and answer questions. I had a very positive experience in spite of my injuries and I would highly recommend this urgent care center. read more

Had to come here for a physical for work. The wait was a little long because they couldn't find the info my work sent over. But, the doctor I saw was very friendly. The staff at the front desk...not so much. I think it would have killed the girl upfront if she smiled or showed any sort of a personality. read more

The diagnosis took less than 10 minutes and the assistant was able to rectify the issue quickly. I was out of there in less than 45 minutes total time. I went here on the advice of a colleague with COVID symptoms. The provider was great; gave me a paper prescription for a cough medicine that would help my chest pain while I recovered, and explained that due to it being a narcotic, they could not send it electronically. I went directly to my pharmacy, who told me that the law had CHANGED and that they could not accept paper. I called ClearChoice the next morning, was put on hold, and was told that the provider was off for the day but they'd make sure he'd call in the prescription first thing the next morning. Didn't happen. I called again (three days have now passed with no medicine) and was told this time that my pharmacy, CVS, is adopting a different law (huh?) and they cannot send an electronic prescription. When I asked why I wasn't told this the previous day, the response I got was "oh, I was here all day yesterday and I was unaware of this." So...this is somehow MY fault? It's a shame; I really liked the provider. I will never, ever return. read more

This review is limited to the Belknap Mall location. (I did not have a good experience at the Portsmouth location 2 years ago.) I went for question of ear or sinus infection on a busy Sunday late morning. I could see that I would have a wait as the room was fairly full but that's the nature of the beast. The receptionist was friendly, professional and efficient. Once I was called into the exam room, things moved smoothly and efficiently. Bill, the medical assistant, was professional, friendly & did an excellent intake interview. Dr. Scott's exam was equally & well balanced between gathering information via oral communication as well as physical exam. He did not rush through the exam. For what it's worth, I'm a former RN. I had an outstanding experience here. I woke up with a really bad sore throat over a long holiday weekend. I called and they took me in immediately. Within 15 minutes I filled out paperwork and was diagnosed with strep throat which they quickly prescribed me the antidote. Both times I have come here I have had to wait over 2 hours, which is absolutely understandable because of Covid. The issue is the difference in treatment by the front office staff of myself, a seasonal employee, and what I can only guess are long term residents. I am treated with a brusk manner while others are given apologies for the long wait time and the inconvenience it causes. The doctors, nurses, and EMT's are phenomenal and unbelievably helpful and kind. I just wish the front office staff would do the same. All of this being said, Covid is an extremely stressful time, all the more so for our healthcare staff and I understand that and am so grateful for all they do. God bless. read more

My first time going here; as I was having an allergic reaction to something and needed to be diagnosed. It was quick, staff was great, and NP diagnosed problem and prescribed medication. I will definitely return again. So much more efficient than my doctor's office or ER; as I knew it was an allergic reaction and didn't need emergency room. TY, ClearChoice! read more

Went to see the folks at ClearChoiceMD after an accidental fall left me with very sore ribs and frequent muscle spasms. Despite five people in front of me, it wasn't long before I was explaining my symptoms to a nurse, and shortly after being examined by their resident doctor. He recommended x-rays which showed I had actually fractured a rib. He then told me what to expect, how long it would take to heal, and what to do and not do. He prescribed an anti-spasmodic drug for night time relief from the spasms, and offered to prescribe a separate drug for pain, but only if I really felt I needed it. I decide to depend on an OTC pain reliever instead. The whole process, from the time we arrived until we left, was not much more than an hour. I was impressed by the professionalism of all of the staff, from the doctor, to the nurse, to the x-ray technician. Friendly, concerned, but still very efficient. It's only been three days, so I'm still dealing with substantial pain, but am already starting to feel a little better. No qualms at about going back to these folks should I have any new medical issues in the future, while in the Laconia area. read more
