Multiple times people are on their phones as I walk in and don't even acknowledge that customers are coming in. Yall really need to do better. Front staff is trash, called to talk to the manager about cancelation policy and they hung up on me. Additionally, cancelation policy is absolutely trash. 30 day written notice to get an additional month of dues out of you. If they kick you out... they dont give you 30 days.
