Lost Coffee is a real gem! The medium roast makes an excellent latte (smooth, flavorful, and…read moreperfectly balanced)! And the warmed-up Cruffin was absolutely delicious (I bought extra Cruffins to-go). The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, with a special shout-out to Sarah, whose delightful personality made the visit even more enjoyable. Great coffee, great pastry, and great people. We'll definitely be back for more Lost Coffee during our next Rocky Mountain road trip!

I always grab an oat milk latte if I'm going to grab some coffee, and this was pretty good. Though, even for a smaller size, it was a bit too milky for me. I prefer to taste a bit more of that espresso, personally, but it was still decent and better than a few other options I've had downtown. They have a few pastry options, and cold breakfast burritos from Kiowa. The burrito was great! Flavorful. Several spots to sit in and eat/drink, and a few cute bistro tables/chairs outside on the sidewalk. The one thing missing for me was the service/hospitality. The staff couldn't be bothered to respond to a thank-you, and the demeanor was just a bit strange overall for a customer service role. They were happy to chat amongst each other, though. Maybe it was just an off day, so who knows, we might try again. Overall, I'd recommend giving it a shot.

I LOVE LaLa's! Seriously, my favorite matcha in Castle Rock…read more Good location, nice little bit of parking but also walkable from downtown. Very very clean interior, cute and aesthetic! They also have some little goodies for purchase like matcha bowls, etc. Every time, the matcha is wonderful. I like mine sweet, so I get an iced matcha latte with vanilla bean syrup and oat milk. Perfection! Sweet but not unbearably so. High quality oat milk. The staff is also very kind. They always make sure to greet you when you enter and are very genuine and personable. It's the kind of place that you feel good when you leave! We love LaLa's!

You're lucky if you get a space in front of or near their front entrance. There is a parking lot located behind or adjacent to the Pizza Hut. The only drawback for me is the dining room is often filled with patrons and the noise level isn't favorable. Hence why I usually opt for a to go beverage and a pastry. They have great fresh baked pastries. Staff is always friendly. Sometimes their staff can learn to speak up and to speak with confidence. It doesn't take that to get my beverage and be on my way. I also like how this coffee shop is relatively close to I-25. So if you're traveling up or down 25, consider this place a pit stop. Also, I like their gift shop. It's setup near the register. So when you're waiting in line it gives you an opportunity to browse items, pickup a bag of coffee or other item before ordering. Looking forward to my next visit!

I always enjoy a visit to Teaology, so I had to update my review to note they are still killing it!…read moreA home run every time. Tea lattes and matcha, both hot and cold options. My personal fave and rec: Oh Canada - hot! (Cold is ok, but hot is superior! I can really taste the blueberry more) but everything is wonderful! Try some of their baked goods or their lunches. Very reasonable prices. They also sell their teas by the bag!! The staff is ALWAYS incredibly welcoming and kind. It's not crowded, though it sits so conveniently in Castle Rock's downtown. There's outdoor and indoor seating, and even a little event venue you can rent! Steampunk decor is very fun and unique. Everything is always spotless clean. Overall, 100/10 - would highly recommend, even if you're not a tea connoisseur! I will definitely return.

STAR #1: Location is prime, parking is decent and the space itself is cool. Seating is both indoor and outdoor (via huge tent) and vibes are on point. Decked out in a steampunk theme, the space screams cool, interesting, and is a talking piece in itself. So fun! STAR #2: Inventory is insane, ample and so fun to seek out, smell and sample! Upon entry, is a welcoming shelf filled with different teas! We sniffed our way through, asking questions to the staff and they were so welcoming and friendly! STAR #3: The drink menu is fun - allowing for all kinds of hot and iced beverages and unique! My husband opted for a hot orange tea - with just the right amount of sweetness. I landed on an iced peach tea latte, with fresh peach puree and YUM! so refreshing and delicious! STAR #4: Prices are on point for the quality and quantity! Locally made items are for sale and definitely a fun way to shop local! I know we'll return!
